You can ask about CRM pipelines and drill into accounts behind influenced, new, or closed-won pipeline without leaving the conversation. RevvyAI proactively offers drill-down suggestions and new suggested prompts. **Value:** - Analyze pipeline influence conversationally, to supplement the Advertising Performance Trend report. - Drill into the specific accounts behind pipeline metrics. - Discover the capability faster through guided prompts and suggestions. **KB articles:** - [RevvyAI in Revenue Marketing](/v1/docs/revvai-in-revenue-marketing#predefined-prompts-and-drill-down-into-advertising-pipeline-performance-metrics) - [Performance Trend Report](/v1/docs/performance-trend-report) ## AI Email ### Salesforce campaign sync AI Email data now syncs to Salesforce at the campaign level using the campaign objects Marketing Ops already use for attribution. Teams can now run standard CRM campaign reports that include AI Email performance, closing a long-standing reporting gap. **Value:** - Prove AI Email ROI using existing CRM campaign reports. - Eliminate manual Marketo-to-SFDC sync workarounds. - Report on AI Email alongside every other channel in the same multi-channel attribution view. **KB article:** [Enable Salesforce Contact Enrollment into an AI Email Campaign](/v1/docs/enable-salesforce-auto-enrollment-into-a-ce-campaign) ### Salesforce integration migration (ECA and ABM) AI Email now uses the same Salesforce integration as ABM, eliminating 2–3 weeks of duplicate setup in onboarding. New customers get one connection with Campaign Sync from day one; existing customers will be migrated in the background during Q3 and must re-authenticate into the ABM integration when their migration runs. **Value:** - Connect Salesforce once instead of twice, cutting onboarding time. - Avoid OAuth failures tied to Salesforce's tightened Connected App security. - Gain Campaign Sync as part of the migration to the ABM integration. **KB article:** [Integrate AI Email with Salesforce for Net-New Customers](/v1/docs/ce-ai-email-salesforce-integration-migration-sme-enablement-guide-310826-204210-1) ## Intelligent Workflows ### RevvyAI research nodes in Intelligent Workflows (Beta) A new LLM-powered node, the RevvyAI Research node, lets you use information that 6sense doesn't provide, such as public website content, in a workflow. During Beta, you can describe your needs in plain language. 6sense then retrieves public data, converts it into structured outputs, and makes it usable in workflows for decisions, routing, and updates. **Value:** - Act on fast-changing, unstructured public information without leaving 6sense. - Describe data needs in plain language instead of building custom enrichment logic. - Reduce reliance on external enrichment tools outside the workflow. **KB articles:** [RevvyAI Research Nodes](https://support.6sense.com/docs/revvyai-research-nodes) ### Person-level filters in decision and conditional timer nodes Decision and conditional timer nodes in workflows can now evaluate contact-level conditions, so a branch can route on something that is true of a person, not just on account-level attributes. **Value:** - Branch decisioning logic on contact-level conditions, so only accounts with a matching contact continue down the branch. - Applying people filtering at the decision node ensures accounts are created only for purchasable contacts, keeping empty accounts out of the CRM. **KB articles:** - [Audience Workflow Decision Nodes](https://support.6sense.com/docs/audience-workflow-decision-nodes) ### Whole word matching on job title filters Job title filtering in Workflows now supports whole-word matching, so a filter for "CTO" no longer pulls in unrelated titles like "Director" through partial string matches. This brings the whole-word matching already available in Sales Intelligence to Workflow Job Title filtering. **Value:** - Improved targeting logic that matches the full job title - Fewer wasted credits from incorrect contacts being purchased **KB article:** [Filter Conditions in Segments and Nodes](https://support.6sense.com/docs/filter-conditions-in-segments-and-nodes) ### Start audience workflows from SI filter/list Users can now start Audience Workflows directly from Sales Intelligence filters or lists, at both the people and account level, instead of only from segments. **Value:** - Activate a targeted set of people or accounts straight from SI, without rebuilding the criteria as a segment - Run people-level audience workflows, a long-standing ask that segments alone don't support - Turn an SI list into a campaign-ready audience for ads, nurture, or SEP sequences **KB article:** [Audience Workflows Overview](/v1/docs/audience-workflows-overview) ## Sales Intelligence ### RevvyAI: contact unlocks in chat Users can now unlock recommended contacts or groups of contacts via RevvyAI using natural language. RevvyAI checks eligibility, notes any credit use or limits, submits the unlock, and returns status updates. This works inside the RevvyAI chat so users can act without leaving the conversation. **Value:** - Move from discovering prospects to accessing contact information without switching tools. - Complete high-value actions directly within the RevvyAI conversation. - Get clear visibility into credit usage and restrictions before unlocking. **KB article:** [RevvyAI in Sales Intelligence](/v1/docs/revvyai-in-sales-intelligence) ## Platform Enablement ### MCP server launch The MCP Server extends 6sense intelligence to external AI agents like Copilot and Enterprise Claude, adding Account Summary, People Search/Details, and Contact Enrichment. With this update, customers may self-enable MCP connections via the AI Settings page, and the MCP Server moves from beta toward general availability within supported agent tools, with PII intentionally removed from people search results. **Value:** - Allows access to account intelligence, people search, and contact enrichment directly from approved AI agent clients. - Retains existing beta functionality, including Account Intelligence Briefs, trend analyses, and performance retrievals. - Enables users to benefit from credit enforcement and RBAC protections carried over from native 6sense experiences. **KB article:** [6sense Model Context Protocol (MCP) (Beta)](/v1/docs/6sense-model-context-protocol-mcp-1)
