The challenge is to personalize your email messaging at scale without losing productivity. One way to manage the trade-off between the quality of your email messaging and the time spent writing a single email is to use AI Email (AIE) dynamic content.
The dynamic content feature lets you personalize your email messaging at scale using your contact’s account and contact-related information.
AIE automatically generates email variations within a single campaign according to the personalization rules that you set within the conversation flow. This means sending hundreds of email variations speaking directly to an account’s priorities and needs just by launching one campaign.

Add dynamic content to an email campaign
To add dynamic content:
Create an AI-powered campaign from the Campaigns page.
Enter inputs and generate email messaging using the AI email writer.
Select Use emails to apply the AI-generated email messaging to a new campaign.
You will be redirected to the introductory email sequence in the conversation flow editor. Your AI blocks automatically convert into dynamic content blocks Dynamic content blocks are indicated by the highlighted phrases in the email.
You can also add new dynamic content from within the conversation flow editor by highlighting any plain text and/or merge tags and selecting Make dynamic.
Select the highlighted dynamic content to open the Dynamic Content panel, which displays the default messaging selected.
Select on Add personalization rule to create a new rule.

Add a condition using your contact fields and/or 6sense intent keywords. This condition defines a trigger for when the dynamic content is applied to the campaign’s emails. You can use
and/orlogical operators to make the condition even more granular.Write your personalized messaging (a variation of the default messaging) in the text box for the personalization rule.
Save your personalization rules.
After launching your campaign, the personalization rules go into effect. AIE automatically cross-checks the personalization rule conditions against your contact’s account and contact-related information, then applies the dynamic content to your outgoing emails where conditions are met.
Preview an email with dynamic content
You can preview the specific email variation that will be sent to a contact in the Conversation Flow’s email editor or in the pre-campaign launch preview. Refer to Preview Emails with Dynamic Content.

Why can’t I set 6sense intent keywords as a condition for my personalization rules?
You need to connect your AIE instance to the 6sense platform before you can see and set your 6sense intent keywords as a condition for your personalization rules.
If I have multiple personalization rules with the same condition, how do I know which rule will apply when I launch my campaign?
The personalization rule that is higher up on the list of rules will be applied if a contact meets the rule’s condition.
Why can’t I create dynamic content from my highlighted text in the conversation flow editor?
AIE doesn’t support creating dynamic content from highlighted text that contains hyperlinks, images, dynamic content and/or spans multiple paragraphs. Please select a section of text that contains only plain text and/or merge tags.
