AI Email Company Information

AI Email (AIE) uses GPT-4.1 and your company information to generate contextual emails based on your company. While the AI-generated message may not be perfect, it provides a first draft that you can edit to further align with your company or product’s messaging. With this information, AIE provides more accurate and contextual emails instead of generic template emails.

Add or update your company information

To update your company information:

1. In AIE, select the Settings icon () in the top right corner.

2. Select AI inputs >  Company information.

3. Review, edit, or enter the information. Some of it may be automatically filled; you can change it if you prefer.

   • Company name: The commonly used name of your company, the one that sounds better in a sentence. For example, “6sense” instead of “6sense Insights, Inc.”

   • Website: The URL of your company’s primary website. AI Personalization investigates the website to learn more about your company.

   • Description: A paragraph describing your company’s purpose and value.

4. Select Save.
