This page provides example steps for using the account enrichment templates to create a workflow that enriches accounts. Also refer to [Data Workflows Use Case Templates](/v1/docs/data-workflows-use-case-templates). ## Create a new account enrichment Data Workflow To create a new account enrichment workflow: 1. From the application picker at the top right, select **Data Workflows**. 2. From the Data Workflows menu on the left, select **Data Workflows**. 3. Select **Create**. 4. Browse the enrichment templates and select **Start** for one of them, such as Enrich CRM Accounts. The Create Workflow popup opens. 5. Name your workflow. 6. Select a schedule, either: - **Daily Recurring (data pipeline completion):** the workflow runs each evening after the 6sense data pipeline updates. - **Weekly Recurring (data pipeline completion):** the workflow runs every week on your specified day after the 6sense data pipeline updates. - **On-demand:** the workflow runs only once after it is published, when you use the **Workflows > Workflows List > Actions > Run Now** option**.** - **Real-time:** the workflow triggers when a new record is detected. Refer to [Real-time CRM Syncs](/v1/docs/set-up-real-time-crm-and-map-enrichment-for-data-workflows). 7. If you chose a recurring option, pick a **Start** date**.** Select to either start the workflow immediately after it is published, or on a specific date. 8. If you chose a recurring option, pick an **End** date. Select to create either a workflow that runs indefinitely or specify a termination date. 9. Select the **Start From**. 10. Select the **Source System**. 11. Click **Save**. The canvas opens, showing the name of your new workflow, the data object it is using, the schedule setting, a link to edit its name or schedule, and its publication status. ## Set up the start and action nodes The On-demand Account Enrichment template has two nodes. - **Start Node:** The start node, labeled “Account”, represents the data includes all accounts in the CRM that you previously chose in the Create Workflow popup. To filter the start node’s set of accounts to a smaller group, add a decision node between the start and enrich action nodes, as described in the next section. - **Enrich Action Node:** The Enrich CRM Accounts node, labeled “Enrich Accounts”, has settings that include a mapping profile. ![](https://cdn.us.document360.io/0e2cd0a2-b3b3-495b-80df-96f8381febea/Images/Documentation/workflows-data-enrich-1024x504.png) To view the template’s Enrich CRM Accounts node: 1. Select the Enrich CRM Accounts node. Its edit menu appears. 2. Select its **Edit** (pencil) icon. The Enrich Accounts properties panel opens and displays the templates settings. ![](https://cdn.us.document360.io/0e2cd0a2-b3b3-495b-80df-96f8381febea/Images/Documentation/Workflow-Canvas-edit-mode-3-1024x867.jpg) > [!NOTE] > The **Enrich Accounts** node does not enrich segment names. A separate workflow is required to enrich CRM records with segment names using the Push Segment Names node. Refer to [Push Segment Names templates](/v1/docs/data-workflows-use-case-templates#push-segment-names-templates). ## Add a decision node to filter accounts Add a decision node to filter the accounts that you want to enrich. Refer to [Data Workflows Decision Nodes](/v1/docs/data-workflows-decision-nodes). 1. From the right menu, select and drag a decision node to the canvas and drop it on the start node. 2. Select the decision node. 3. Select its **Edit** (pencil) icon. The Edit Condition panel opens lists fields for which 6sense has access. 4. Select **Add Condition**. 5. Use the filters to limit enrichments to records created after a certain date. 6. Add another condition to select only partners as the Account Type. ![](https://cdn.us.document360.io/0e2cd0a2-b3b3-495b-80df-96f8381febea/Images/Documentation/Workflow-Canvas-edit-mode-4-1024x867.jpg) ## Preview the accounts to be enriched To see a preview list of the accounts that are enriched when the workflow runs, refer to [Preview a Data Workflow](/v1/docs/preview-a-data-workflow). ## Publish the workflow When you’re satisfied with the preview and are ready to run the workflow, select **Publish**. The workflow runs according to its scheduled settings. ## Find information about results of the workflow To see information about the workflow: 1. Go to the **Data Workflows** list. 2.
