# Data Workflows Email Notifications

Data Workflows automatically sends email notifications for the following events:

- **Preview File is Ready**
  - **Description:** This notification occurs when a user generated preview file is ready for review.
  - **Receiver:** Data Workflows user whom generated the preview
- **Preview File has Failed**
  - **Description:** the preview file has failed to generate
  - **Receiver:** Data Workflows user whom generated the preview
- **CSV download is ready**
  - **Description:** Contact Purchase CSV file is ready for download
  - **Receiver:** Creator of the Workflow
- **Contacts purchased but not pushed to destination system**
  - **Description:** When contacts are successfully purchased but failed to push to the target system (CRM/MAP/CSV)
  - **Receiver:** Creator of the Workflow

Here is an example of an email notification:
