This page describes what to consider before manually disconnecting Salesforce CRM Integration from (CE).
Pause running campaigns
Before disconnecting an SFDC integration, we recommend pausing or cancelling any running campaigns with SFDC enrollment enabled. This is to ensure that any imported and queued contacts for those campaigns will no longer be reached out to.
To pause or cancel a campaign, open the campaign page, and click Cancel or Pause on the upper right.
Disconnect SFDC integration
To disconnect the SFDC Integration, go to the Integrations page and select Salesforce.
Select Disconnect from the upper right.
FAQ
Will disconnecting the integration delete my data?
No, disconnecting the integration will not delete your data in either Salesforce or Conversational Email. However, any automated workflows between the two systems will cease to function.
Can I reconnect the integration later?
Yes, if there is no other CRM integration connected, you can reconnect the SFDC integration later by following the initial integration setup steps. Ensure you have all necessary credentials and settings handy.
Can I enroll contacts from a different CRM (e.g., HubSpot) that were previously enrolled from SFDC integration?
Yes, if the contact no longer has an ongoing conversation or its campaign has been paused/canceled, they can be re-enrolled into a new campaign.
