6sense partnered with Drift to provide personalized account insights for all Drift customers.
6sense and Drift has released a new feature which gives mutual customers the ability to pass in 6sense segments into Drift. This new feature has no added cost and allows customers to pass in website visits, keywords, predictive scores and any other segments you’ve created in the 6sense platform to further customize your playbook targeting!
Requirements
This feature is only available to customers with a valid 6sense Company Identification API subscription. If you have a valid API subscription, please contact your Drift CSM to turn on the integration and let your 6sense CSM know you are doing so.
6signal API key. API key can be found following these instructions.

Use one or more segments as Conditional branching within a Flow builder.

Go to Playbooks on the left navigation bar.

Pick a segment you’ve created from within the 6sense ABM Platform that you would like to use as an Audience in your Playbook. This animation below will show you how easy it is to pick:
Finish configuring the Playbook as you would with any other Playbook. Audiences that belong to the 6sense segment you’ve picked will now receive a custom personalized message based on your configuration.
Use one or more segments as Conditional branching within a Flow builder
Go to Playbooks on the left navigation bar.
Create a new Playbook or edit an existing Playbook.
When building out your Flow, add in conditionals and use 6sense Segments. If you just created a segment in the 6sense ABM platform, you will need to wait 24 hours for it to appear.
Finish configuring the Playbook.

FAQ
Q: I just created a segment in the 6sense ABM Platform. How come it’s not showing up in the list?
A: While segments show up immediately in the 6sense platform, they take up to 24 hours to be synced into Drift. Check back in 24 hours! Only segments with 100,000 accounts or less will be sent to Drift.
Q: Is there a limit to how many segments I can use as a conditional logic?
A: You can use as many segments as you want, but if you use too many (for example, several hundred or thousands) you may start to notice a decrease in performance.
Q: How many API calls will this integration incur?
A: One API call is made per visitor for the duration of the browsing session, as well as a 24 hour period (as long as the visitor does not clear cookies).
Q: Can I further optimize the API calls between my other integrations?
A: The 6sense x Drift integration is server side and fully optimized and a closed ecosystem. We are unable to optimize this for other integrations such as Google Analytics.
Q: How many accounts can I have in a segment for Drift?
A: You can create a segment that has millions of accounts in the 6sense ABM platform, but ONLY segments containing less than 100,000 accounts will be passed to Drift for custom playbook targeting.
Q: Can I pass in 6sense segments into Drift Audiences?
A: Yes, but only if you are a Drift Enterprise customer. Drift Audiences is a Drift Enterprise only product. Drift Audiences is separate from the audience targeting within the playbook builder.
