# Salesloft Integration

6sense integrates with the [Salesloft](https://www.salesloft.com/) revenue orchestration platform.

## Requirements

- Sales or Primary Administration access within 6sense to set up the integration.
- Salesloft administration access.

## Generate a Salesloft API Key

To generate a Salesloft API key in Salesloft:

1. Log in to [your Salesloft account](https://accounts.salesloft.com/oauth/applications).
2. In the API section, click **Create New**.

3. Name your API key.

4. Copy the newly generated API key for use in the next step.

> [!WARNING]
> If your API key does not begin with v2_ak, regenerate the key. The API key must start with v2_ak as shown below:
> 
> `v2_ak_102030_897c279cdaa339dbe227ddbe86ffd4b57b41a455cc7ed6cb34c40f2dfe4b4ab3`

## Activate Salesloft Integration in 6sense

To activate Saleloft integration within 6sense:

1. Go to **Settings** > **Integrations**.

2. From the **All Integrations** tab, click **Salesloft**. (You can jump to the sales engagement platform category in the list by using the category dropdown).

3. To begin the integration, click **Connect**.

4. Click **Set Up Salesloft**.

5. Enter the valid Salesloft API key you generated previously.

Salesloft is integrated when you see the **Active** badge, and the option to remove or edit the added API key.

On this screen, you can also manage the available cadences by selecting whether you want to display personal Cadences or personal and team Cadences (the default).

## Turn on the Add to Salesloft Action

To see the **Add to Salesloft** option in SI contacts, turn on this feature.

1. In SI, go to **Settings** > **App Settings** > **Sales Intelligence**.
2. On the right, select **SI Actions Settings**.

3. Under the Sales Intelligence column, check the box for **Add to Sales Cadence**.
