Why is the keyword greyed out? 6sense filters out weak or less useful keyword data, in the following situations: - **Weak keyword**: If a keyword appears less frequently than other configured keywords, then it’s considered weak and is not included in the Predictive model. - **Very common keyword**: If a keyword appears too often across many websites or companies, it’s treated as general noise, not a true indicator. #### Is there a minimum number of keywords required for the keyword recommendation tool to make recommendations? No. Instead of requiring a specific minimum number of keywords, 6sense only offers a recommendation if there is a high enough confidence that is relevant to your product. Recommendations can appear after entering just a couple of keywords. Sometimes you may need to add 5 to 10 or so before the system can identify any recommendations with high confidence. #### Can I see recommendations for a specific subset of keywords? No. 6sense can only provide recommendations based on the entire set of keywords currently added for a product category. If this is something you would like to see, please enter a feature request. If there is enough interest expressed, we might expand this functionality. #### Can I hide or delete any of the recommended keywords? Hiding or deleting recommended keywords is not supported at this time. If a keyword is currently recommended, it is because it is commonly associated with a subset of your existing keywords. If you feel that a recommended keyword is not relevant, it may naturally stop being recommended in the future as you update your existing keyword configurations.
