There are two types of indicators: - [Recommended contacts](/v1/docs/priority-profile-contacts-vs-recommended-contacts-in-sales-intelligence#recommended-contacts) - [Priority profiles](/v1/docs/priority-profile-contacts-vs-recommended-contacts-in-sales-intelligence#priority-profiles) ## Recommended contacts 6sense suggests recommended contacts based on their engagement activity and how closely they align with the target persona. These contacts have a strong profile fit and a strong persona match in a high intent location. A **Recommended** tag displays for contacts that meet these conditions. ![Contact card UI showing a blurred person name, role Head of Product and Engineering, tags Recommended and non-CRM, and a lock icon on the right](https://cdn.us.document360.io/0e2cd0a2-b3b3-495b-80df-96f8381febea/Images/Documentation/priority-profile-contacts-vs-recommended-contacts-in-sales-intelligence_page_0001_img_01.png) There are two types of recommended contacts: - **Contacts to reach:** Contacts that are already available in CRM and unlocked.
