6sense supports a variety of digital ad formats to help marketers reach their target audiences across multiple channels. Choosing the right ad type depends on your campaign objectives, creative resources, and desired engagement.

Available Ad Types

1. Banner Ads

  • Description: Static image ads displayed on websites.

  • Best for: Quick campaign launches and broad visibility.

  • Benefits: Easy to create and deploy.

2. Animated HTML5 Ads

  • Description: Ads with animation created using HTML5.

  • Best for: Capturing attention and driving engagement.

  • Benefits: More versatile and engaging than static banners.

3. Dynamic HTML5 Ads

  • Description: Ads that personalize content dynamically, such as account names or keywords.

  • Best for: Personalization at scale.

  • Benefits: Tailored messaging for each viewer.

4. Native Ads

  • Description: Ads that blend seamlessly with the content of the host site.

  • Best for: Non-disruptive user experiences.

  • Benefits: Higher engagement rates due to contextual relevance.

For native ads, one main image and an icon image are required.

Here are the details required in a native ad:

  • Ad name: (max 100 characters) The name of the ad to see in the 6sense dashboard.

  • Click URL: The landing page of the creative.

  • Title: (max 25 characters) The main headline of the ad.

  • Sponsored by: (max 25 characters) Advertiser name.

  • Body text: (max 300 characters) A description of the service/product being promoted.

  • Call to action: (max 140 characters) The text describes some action to be taken like “Try now”, “Visit now”, etc.

5. Video Ads

  • Description: Short video clips shown on websites, social platforms, or Connected TV (CTV).

  • Best for: Storytelling and brand awareness.

  • Benefits: Highly engaging and memorable.

6. Connected TV (CTV) Ads

  • Description: Video ads delivered to viewers on streaming platforms and smart TVs including NBC, Fox, Hearst, Roku, and Warner Brothers.

  • Best for: Reaching audiences on premium video content.

  • Benefits: Premium ad placements in streaming content, high-resolution, audio-on video formats, flexible ad durations (6s, 15s, 30s, 45s, and 60s; recommended 15 & 30s), advanced targeting for precise audience engagement, and measurable impact through completed views and reach.

Checking the File Size of an Image

For Windows 10

  1. Right-mouse click on the image and select Properties.

  2. Select the Details tab and you should see the image dimensions.

For Mac OS

  2. Navigate to the image you want to check the file dimensions of and right click on it and then select Get Info. mceclip5.png
