In order for 6sense to match your CRM data to our data sets we perform field mapping as a part of service integration. When we MAP these fields we also perform data normalization to ensure that we can reliably connect your data with ours in order for the service to function.
This is not a special activity you need to request, this is just part of our normal workflow when you become a 6sense customer. This means that 6sense normalizes our customer’s pre-validated CRM data ingested into the service.
