Primary Administrators and Administrators can add keywords, organize them into keyword groups, manage their type (branded or generic), and if you have more than one, the Predictive model setting.
There are two ways to add keywords to your 6sense environment:
If needed, after a keyword is in the system, you can:
Each time you add a new keyword, the 6sense platform provides a seven-day history or “look back” of that keyword. After you add a new keyword:
The keyword history may take up to 24 hours to update.
It may take 24-48 hours to see new data in Sales Intelligence for that keyword.
Add one or more keywords using 6sense recommendations
6sense uses a machine learning model to identify words with a high degree of similarity to the collection of words that you have already entered into the platform. 6sense can predict words that are very likely to be similar in meaning to the ones you have already selected. 6sense recommendations improve as you curate the list of keywords in the system.
6sense team members may have input some initial keywords or keyword groups for prospective customers in their implementation. Those initial keywords or keyword groups are retained when that prospect becomes a new customer. They can be reconfigured using the keyword administration capabilities described in this article.
To add one or more keywords using recommendations:
Go to Settings > Data Settings > Keywords > 6sense Intent Keywords.
Select Recommended Keywords, which is next to the keyword count information.

A popup provides a list of suggested keywords.
Tip: If 6sense does not provide a list of suggested keywords, you may be prompted to enter a few keywords to help the AI better generate suggestions for you.(Optional) Download the keywords list CSV file for your team’s internal review and select keywords.
Create one or more keyword lists, one for each Predictive product category (if applicable) that contains either branded or generic keywords. You cannot mix branded and generic keywords in the same list when adding keywords to the system.
Use the lists to add the keywords using the method described at Add one or more keywords from your own list. If you do this you skip the following steps.
