This page helps resolve common issues that may arise when using SendGrid integration with AI Email (AIE). It covers errors that can occur during initial setup and those that might appear during ongoing operations.
Important Note: Many of these errors require actions within your SendGrid account settings. If you don’t have administrative access to your SendGrid account, you may need to contact your SendGrid administrator to help resolve these issues. Your SendGrid administrator typically has the necessary permissions to modify API keys, authenticate domains, and manage account settings.
