In AI Email (AIE), you can create and edit email notifications to let you and/or other users know when your AI email agent qualified a contact in a conversation.
Every Monday at 12 pm UTC time, AIE sends an update on contacts qualified by your AI email agent in a conversation that happened in the last 7 days (from last Sunday to Monday in your account’s time zone).
The notification email displays a table of the 5 most recent qualified contacts, their campaigns, and their assigned sales rep.
To get all the qualified contacts in the last 7 days, you can click on the download CSV file button to get a CSV file. The download link will expire after 7 days for security reasons.
If there are no qualified contacts in the last 7 days, the notification lets you know.
Add a recipient for qualified contacts weekly notifications
To add email notification recipients:
Go to Settings > Notifications.
Enter an email address and select Add recipient.
Disable a notification
To disable your weekly notification email, go to Notifications and remove the email from the email list.
All the remaining recipients in the notification emails list will still receive the weekly updates.
