There may be conversations where you feel your AI Email AI email agent did not respond consistently with your configured workflow. If this happens you can:
Raise disputed responses to the 6sense team
Locate conversations with disputed responses
Raise a disputed response
On the conversation’s page, you can see the entire email thread between your AI email agent and the lead.
Within the conversation, scroll to the specific response from the AI email agent that you wish to dispute.
At the bottom right of the specific response, select Dispute. A pop-up appears, prompting you to input feedback for the dispute.
After you’ve submitted your feedback, the Dispute button will no longer be available, and will now show Email Disputed. The 6sense team will be notified and the feedback provided will be used to improve the AI email agent’s behavior and accuracy in the future.
Locate previously disputed responses
On the Conversation page, select Filters > Disputed.
