Create an AIE segment

You can save your applied filters as a AIE conversation segment. To save a segment, apply your set of filters and select Save segment.

After you’ve saved a segment, you can find it under Load segment.

To delete a saved segment, select the trash bin icon next to the segment name in the Load segment drop-down menu.

Export conversations

You can export a segment of conversations (and their information such as lead name, handover rep etc.) in a CSV file. The file won’t include the email conversation thread.

After applying any desired filters, check the boxes next to the conversations you’d like to export and select Actions > Export.

You may also choose to Export all.

Delete a Contact in AI Email

You can delete contacts from the People list to align with compliance requirements or keep your data clean. When you delete a contact:

  • The contact is permanently removed from AI Email and cannot be recovered.

  • The contact is removed from all campaigns—ongoing, scheduled, draft, canceled, paused, and ended.

  • All associated emails are deleted.

  • Replies from the deleted contact are anonymized in conversations.

Steps to delete a contact

  1. Go to People > Contacts.

  2. Select the contact you want to delete.

  3. Select the three dots () and choose Delete.

  4. Confirm the deletion message

Deletion is permanent. Make sure you no longer need the contact before confirming.

Export leads
