Data Workflows can export predictive scores to your CRM.
Refer to 6sense Scores Overview and 6sense Qualified Accounts (6QA).
Prerequisites
One or more 6sense Predictive Models.
A Data Workflows compatible CRM integration, either Salesforce or HubSpot.
A configured mapping profile. Refer to Mapping Profiles.
6sense currently supports score exports (predictive scores based on production data) into a Salesforce Sandbox environment. This only applies to Advanced customers with Salesforce CRM Sandboxes. Refer to CRM Sandbox Support in 6sense.
For current Orchestrations users: Publishing score exports in Data Workflows will disable all existing score exports in your 6sense ABM Orchestrations product. Any currently running Orchestrations will be disabled.
Build the workflow from a template
To export predictive scores to your CRM:
In Data Workflows, go to the Workflows list.
Select Create.
The Select a Workflow Template to Start page opens.
Select Export Scores.
Select one of the export templates and click Start.
The Create Workflow popup opens, showing basic information about the workflow. This example uses the Export to Accounts template, so the Start From property is already set to Account. The Source System property is pre-populated based on your organization’s 6sense integrations.
Name the workflow.
Select Save.
The canvas opens and shows the default segment source node and the Export Scores node.
Select the Export Scores node and click on its Edit icon.
The Export Scores properties panel opens.
Edit the Export Scores node properties.
Node Label: Rename the node to something descriptive for your use case.
Description: Enter a description for future reference.
Focus: Select either in-market accounts (the default) or all accounts.
Target: Choose to send scores to your standard objects or to a 6sense account custom object.
If you select Standard for the Target, select a Mapping Profile. If there are no pre-existing mapping profiles, there is a red message. Refer to Mapping Profiles.
If you select Custom for the Target, select Products You Want to Support.
Click the link to see a preview of the custom data object fields used in the workflow.
Advanced Options:
If needed, change the Batch Size. This relates to processing time performance. Contact 6sense for questions.
Select Save. The node properties panel closes.
Select Save draft.
When you are ready to run the workflow and there are no yellow warning messages at the top of the canvas, select Publish.
