Predictive Score Exports for Salesforce

Prev Next

6sense Predictive score exports relate to how we sync data from 6sense into Salesforce instances. This integration allows for an efficient data processing model and provides your Salesforce CRM administrator operational troubleshooting tools.

This page covers the features and use cases supported by this integration.

Faster, more robust syncing – the new method relies on Salesforce Bulk v2 API, which is a more efficient way for 6sense to deliver scores to your Salesforce instance, reducing the amount of resources 6sense requires to run within your Salesforce instance

The previous integration followed a model in which 6sense’s Salesforce AppExchange App would constantly have to query 6sense’s data centers every hour for updates in scores. The App would ‘pull’ these scores from 6sense onto Salesforce Custom Data Objects (CDOs). Within Salesforce, the App would then copy this data onto a Salesforce Standard Object (SO) when desired by a customer. While effective, this process was complex and had many opportunities for error, especially during the copying from CDO to SO, which is outside of 6sense purview. As these errors are outside 6sense’s system, it was impossible for 6sense to provide support.

This new release allows 6sense to ‘push’ scores directly onto the Salesforce SO. It eliminates many troublesome issues in the error-prone step of copying from CDO to SO.

Why it matters:

  • Performance gains in data processing (no more APEX triggers)

  • Eliminates copying from CDO to SO, error-prone and outside of 6sense purview

Sandbox testing and support – quickly test out new workflows and changes in your sandbox instance

This is a heavily requested new feature, which will allow customers to quickly test out new workflows and changes to your sandbox instance, without interrupting your mission critical production instance.

Reach Score – The Reach Score is a newer predictive measure at the account level.

The Reach Score enables prospecting teams to evaluate their outreach on prioritized accounts. It represents 6sense’s current assessment of the optimal quality, quantity, and diversity of outreach to a given account in comparison to other accounts where opportunities were won previously.

By contrasting the level of the team’s outreach to the level of account’s intent and engagement, this further helps to prioritize critical outreach activities.

Why it matters:

  • Evaluate and identify gaps in engagement within the account

  • Prioritize your outreach right within Salesforce

Centralized UI – You will be able to access and manage this integration easily in the ABM Platform within the Orchestration section. From one central point, you can control how 6sense data flows into your system as you orchestrate your ABM strategy.
