In AI Email (AIE), you can send a test version of your emails to yourself or a team member before you send the actual email to your contacts.
To send a test email:
Go to Campaign > Conversation Flow.
Hover over the name of a path and select Edit Email.
In the upper right, select Send test email.
In the right pane, click the Choose one or more recipients dropdown menu to select recipients for your test email.
(Optional) Click the Receive as specific contact dropdown menu to preview the email as it will appear to a specific contact. Selecting this option can be helpful if you want to test personalization in your email.
Click Send test email.
You can send a test email for contacts without merge tags data in the email. When you launch a campaign, your AI email agent won’t send any emails to contacts that have empty merge tag data.
