To help companies maintain a healthy email inbox, AI Email (AIE) integrates with Google Postmaster tools to provide spam rate information for AI email agent email accounts and domains.
An Administrator can add an AIE service to their Google Postmaster workspace.
Your marketing team can review the spam rate, bounce rate, and health score for their AI email agents’ inbox accounts and domain on the AI email agents > Email agents tab.
We recommend that you do this early in your adoption of 6sense so you can keep track of their domain reputation.
Set up Postmaster Tools
In Google, set up Postmaster Tools.
Click the + icon.
Type in your domain.
Add the TXT record given to the DNS configuration.
Verify the domain.
Grant AIE’s service account access to your Postmaster data. See the section for Add someone to your domain.
Manage Users and click + on the bottom right.

Note: You might see the “Saleswhale” name here because it was our previous application with Google.
In AIE, refresh the AI inboxes > All inboxes tab once the Google setup is complete. The page should display domain-specific spam rates.
