6sense has partnered with PeerSpot, the leading B2B software review platform, to deliver your Product and Competitor intent data into 6sense for segmentation.
As part of this partnership, all mutual customers of 6sense and PeerSpot are eligible for this integration.
To activate PeerSpot, you must have the Intent Data Plan active in PeerSpot.
Segments that you can create using PeerSpot Intent data and Identify New Accounts:
PeerSpot Data Type | Example | 6sense segment Filter |
---|---|---|
PeerSpot Competitor Intent | “Show me all accounts who researched my competitors on PeerSpot but did not look at my product” | PeerSpot Competitor Intent |
PeerSpot Product Intent | “Show me all accounts who researched my product on PeerSpot” | PeerSpot Product Intent |
Activate PeerSpot
Navigate to Settings > Integrations > All Integrations. Then, choose Intent and click on PeerSpot.
Click the Connect button.
This will enable the following integration configurations, which will be used by your PeerSpot team:
Customer Data API Token: PeerSpot will send this information along with your Intent data to help us identify that the data belongs to your account.
Your 6sense Product IDs: PeerSpot will send this information along with your Intent data to help us identify that the data belongs to which product in your account.
You must copy this information and share with your PeerSpot CSM. They will configure the data flow from PeerSpot to 6sense. Your PeerSpot CSM will confirm once the Data flow is enabled and integration is completed.
Once integrated, it takes 24-48 hrs to reflect your data into 6sense. Then you can create Segment filters.
Create a Segment Using PeerSpot Intent Data
To create a segment based on filters, navigate to Segments from the left navigation, then click Create and select Create Segment.
6sense segments support up to 100 filter values per segment.
Now select the Using Filters option to create a segment.
From this primary filter creation screen, additional filters and filter logic can be applied. Add filters by selecting PeerSpot options available under INTENT.
Filters can be combined in various methods using the “AND” and “OR” operators in the Filter Logic field at the bottom.
