Sales Intelligence Usage Reports

Prev Next

The Sales Intelligence (SI) Usage reports allow you to visualize and analyze your organization’s usage of 6sense. You can also download some of that data to CSV files for further analysis.

Refer to Usage Metrics for other usage reports.

Your user account must have Primary Administrator or Administrator privileges to access the Usage reports.

The user role only populates in SI usage reporting if the user is registered on the 6sense ABM Platform.

Access the SI Usage reports

To view the SI Usage reports, go to Reports and select Usage. This is categorized as an Administrator report.

The Usage Report contains the top-level Usage, Value, and Model tabs.

The Usage tab has the User Metrics, Product Metrics, APIs & SFF and CRM/MAP Metrics subtabs.

Reports relevant to SI are under User Metrics and Product Metrics tabs.

User Metrics tab charts for SI

You can select a timeframe for each bar chart report.

SI Logins chart

The SI Logins chart displays the total Sales Intelligence user logins within the selected timeframe. This tracks users who have either tracked events in the form of logins, or page loads from any of the following:

  • Sales Intelligence

  • Chrome Extension

  • CRM & SEP managed packages (such as iFrame and/or Dashboard).

The information displayed is based on the number of users that had access to Sales Intelligence and is estimated based on page views where login is not available. (Note that the information displayed is not the total number of users who are using Sales Intelligence.)

For Sales Intelligence, any interaction on any source (for example, interaction in the iFrame in Salesforce, in the 6sense Dashboards in SalesLoft, and so on) is counted toward this report.

This only represents the users 6sense has identified as having access. The true number of users with access may be larger if users are given access within managed packages but have no tracked events at least once in the selected time period.

Logged in users could include users that are now disabled.

Hover over a bar  to view details, including:

  • Users: The estimated total number of SI users logged in within the selected time period.

  • Total sessions: The total number of sessions users spent on 6sense.

  • Average sessions per user: The average number of 6sense sessions per user.
