This page lists common configuration errors that may arise from your Salesforce integration with AI Email (AIE) and how to resolve them.

Salesforce configuration errors are generally caused by incorrect setup or lack of permissions in the Salesforce account connected to AIE.

Common configuration errors

  • 6sense package not installed: Ensure both AIE packages are installed. The Salesforce integration will not work with a partial installation. Learn how to set up your Salesforce integration.

  • Insufficient permissions: Ensure the connected Salesforce account has sufficient permissions to edit Lead and/or Contact objects.

  • Connection issue: Submit a support ticket using our support page.
