Repete to AI Driven Data Taxonomy Migration

Prev Next

Important:

As of June 30, 2026, 6sense will no longer maintain the legacy 6sense taxonomy tool (known as Repete) that currently powers Predictive models. We encourage all 6sense Predictive customers to move to the updated AI Driven Taxonomy (AIDT) tool. Refer to this document and the FAQ section below for details.

AI-driven Data Taxonomy (AIDT) is a self-service, customer-facing data taxonomy tool for 6sense users to classify their data with the assistance of AI-driven taxonomy models. 6sense Predictive models use these classifications to trace buyers’ intent and the respective lifecycle.

For classification (also called mapping), the AI-driven taxonomy models analyze and map the data across the system to different activities or product categories. You can then verify and update the mappings per your business needs.

6sense maps data from the below sources:

  • Website

  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system

  • Marketing Automation Platform (MAP) data

For more information about data taxonomy in 6sense refer to:

Repete: the legacy taxonomy tool

Repete is an internal legacy taxonomy tool that is used by your Revenue Technology Consultant to manually classify the activity data from the three data resources above, based on discussions with the customers. As this is not a customer-facing tool, in order for the customers to see the configuration, the classification is manually pulled into a spreadsheet.

Check which taxonomy tool your account is using

  1. Log in to 6sense platform.

  2. Select Settings in the right upper corner.

  3. Under Data Settings, if Data Taxonomy i listed that means you are on the new tool.

Considerations for migrating to AIDT

Benefits of AIDT

  • Faster, self-serve taxonomy updates - no spreadsheets!

  • Improved predictive accuracy and alignment with your GTM strategy.

  • Potential savings by not having to engage the 6sense PS team every time you need to review and update your taxonomy mappings.

What you can expect during the migration

The experience and process will be very similar to the model refresh process.

You may notice the following changes:

  • Model metrics will be reset and old monthly model reports will no longer be available.

  • Larger than usual shifts in scores. For example, you might see larger than usually amount of accounts that go from purchase buying stage to other stages.

  • A sudden large drop or jump of the 6QAs.

  • Accounts that are already in 6QA will stay in 6QA until they meet disqualification criteria.

How to request a Repete-to-AIDT migration

This migration is not an automated process. The following services will be provided:

  • A walkthrough of the AIDT functionalities.

  • Customized taxonomy configuration based on your data and specific needs.

  • A brand new 6sense model.

  • A comprehensive document that captures:

    • Before and after state of the models.

    • Analysis on all model data inputs include keywords, CRM, MAP, web and partner data.

    • Our recommendations.

Please reach out to your CSMs for additional information and to get a resource assigned.

FAQ: Repete-to-AIDT migration

When is the legacy taxonomy tool, Repete, being sunsetted?

June 30, 2026. After this date, 6sense will no longer maintain the legacy taxonomy tool and while your predictive models (intent, profile fit and reach) will continue to run as usual, you’ll need to engage 6sense professional services for any taxonomy changes you want to make, which will come at an additional cost to you.

Why is 6sense sunsetting Repete?

The legacy taxonomy tool Repete is based on outdated technology, is manual and time consuming, and could lead to taxonomy gaps and lower model accuracy. AIDT delivers faster updates, improved predictive accuracy, and better alignment with your GTM strategy.

Will my Predictive model stop running when the legacy taxonomy tool, Repete, is retired on June 30, 2026?

No. Predictive models will continue to run. The change affects how your data taxonomy is reviewed and updated. AIDT enables self serve taxonomy management; if you remain on the legacy tool any updates you want to make to your taxonomy will require a paid engagement with 6sense professional services.

What happens if we stay on the legacy taxonomy tool, Repete, past the sunset?

Waiting increases the chance of last minute pressure, potential model performance degradation, and reliance on paid services to maintain a deprecated tool. Upgrading early ensures continuity and support, plus you’ll avoid:

  • Potentially compromised model performance

  • Increased risk of missed or inaccurate insights in the absence of ongoing maintenance

  • Additional professional services costs to maintain a deprecated tool

Will we be able to get support on the legacy taxonomy tool, Repete, after June 30, 2026?

After sunset, the legacy tool will no longer be maintained. Any taxonomy mapping changes will require engaging 6sense; self serve options are not available on the legacy tool.

What are the benefits of Upgrading to AIDT?

  • Faster, self serve taxonomy updates (no spreadsheets or support tickets).

  • Improved predictive accuracy aligned to your GTM strategy.

  • Greater flexibility with real time updates.

  • Time savings through automated classification workflows.

  • Better cross functional alignment on the data powering your model.

  • Included at no cost: free taxonomy review and model refresh as part of the migration (valued at $5,000 - $10,000).

Will AIDT change our existing taxonomy?

AIDT enables self‑serve taxonomy updates (without spreadsheets), making it easier to review and adjust mappings to align with your GTM strategy. 6sense will partner with you during the included taxonomy review.

How do we start the upgrade to AIDT?

If you received an email about migrating, you can reply to that or contact your CSM directly with your time zone. Then, a 6sense Revenue Technology Consultant will schedule a kickoff call and guide you through each step.

What does the AIDT upgrade include?

  • A guided kickoff with 6sense experts

  • A free taxonomy review and model refresh

  • Support throughout to ensure a smooth, low risk transition

How long does the AIDT upgrade it take?

Approximately 6 weeks, with approximately 4-6 hours of time commitment from your team.
