In AI Email (AIE), the AI email agent can help you keep track of qualified leads that have been followed up by your sales reps after the handover.
For your AI email agent to track follow up by your sales reps, your sales reps must keep your AI email agent in the carbon-copy (cc) list for at least their first reply after the handover email.
Use the filters in the Conversations page to find the conversations where your sales reps have (or have not) followed up with qualified leads handed over to them.
To view conversations that have follow-ups, select Add filter > Has sales rep follow-up > true > Done.
