Cancel Specific AI Email Conversations

AI Email (AIE) lets you stop an ongoing conversation between your AI email agent and a specific contact or multiple contacts.

When a conversation has been canceled, your AI email agent no longer sends any emails to the contact. If there are any replies received after the conversation is cancelled, your AI email agent will not process the reply.

Warning: This action cannot be undone.

Cancel an email conversation

To cancel an AIE conversation:

  1. Go to Conversations.

  2. Locate the row or rows for the conversations you want to stop and select the check box on the left.

  3. From the Actions menu at the right, select Cancel.

    Note: Alternatively, you can go to a single specific conversation and at the bottom right select Cancel conversation.

  4. AIE prompts you with a confirmation:

  5. Select Confirm.

    The conversations will be canceled, and you should see a red canceled tag next to the subject title of the conversations’ pages.
