AI Email Real-Time CRM Syncs

Real-time syncs enable HubSpot CRM integration with AI Email (AIE).

Real-time syncs query the source CRM (by default) every 5 minutes to identify updates and push them to 6sense for activation.

For real-time syncs, the following integration and associated objects are supported.

If your organization integrated HubSpot CRM before May 17th 2024, you need to authenticate the HubSpot login in the Integration UI. Select the Sign in button again or follow the 3rd step from the HubSpot CRM integration page.
Integration and package:
- Email Growth or Enterprise package and
- Active HubSpot CRM integration.
  - Should have onboarded the Minimum HubSpot objects that are required for AI Email.
Roles and permissions:
- Primary 6sense Administrator, or
- AI Email Administrator.
