Delete Keywords
Deleted keywords managed! We’ve made it easier to understand what happens when you delete a keyword.
Enhancements include:
Removed “deactivation” action as it was redundant to the “deletion” action
Removed deleted keyword from keyword cards on the dashboard, Sales Intelligence, Account Details, etc. within 24-48 hours of deletion (this was a top customer request!)
Added a ‘Deleted Keyword’ tab that shows what’s been deleted and when
Maintaining historical keyword data on timelines to help explain historical scores, and marking them as being deleted

Campaign Performance Indicator
Campaign Performance Indicator shows your campaign performance and provides proactive, self-serve recommendations for improving campaign delivery.
6sense continuously monitors campaign spend to forecast estimated delivery expected upon campaign completion. Here is a sample of just a few indicators:
Underpaced campaigns that are unable to perform due to low max budget cap.
Campaigns that are targeting EU nations but not able to scale due to limited EU inventory.
Suggest potential reasons and optimizations to campaigns struggling to procure inventory with a view to target specific personas.
New Performance Analysis cards keep you informed about the different phases of campaigns and includes detail like estimated delivery, potential reasons for underperformance, suggested ways to optimize performance.

6sense AppExchange App Updates – Support for Salesforce Winter ’21 Release
We released some enhancements to ensure our 6sense Sales Intelligence application continues to work seamlessly with the Salesforce Winter ’21 release changes to permissions handling within Salesforce. All customer organizations should be updated with the latest AppExchange installed application.
6sense Session Timeout Update
As a part of our continued efforts to maintain best-in-class security methods and practices, we are rolling out a reduced session timeout of 2 hours for our applications which is now considered best practices in the industry. Users will be logged out of 6sense after 2 hours of inactivity with our applications.
