New Features and Enhancements for July 2022

With the July 2022 Product Release, 6sense applies industry-leading artificial intelligence to surface meaningful insights, eliminate guesswork and drive recommendations at every stage of revenue creation.  

The latest enhancements help revenue teams exceed their goals with greater confidence and efficiency by: 

  • Offering early and actionable insight into pipeline gaps and segments in need of attention 

  • Identifying which keywords are driving the most demand globally  

  • Providing visibility into the entire buying committee at targeted accounts and routing them to the right member of the selling team 

This article highlights new features to explore and the changes you will begin to see in the platform the week of July 25. Of course, your organization’s subscriptions and user permissions will determine access to these items.? 

Proactively predict and fill pipeline gaps with 6sense recommended actions

6sense Pipeline Intelligence can now help you predict and fill pipeline gaps with recommended actions for all Advanced Package + Pipeline Intelligence subscribers.?  

Align your revenue team on trusted pipeline plans powered by real insights and recommended actions to: 

  • Build pipeline by targeting pre-qualified opportunities through 6sense segments or export to activate in 3rd party applications?(Available on August 8th)   

  • Analyze a 6sense segment to prioritize effort on in-market opportunities 

  • Create a pipeline plan to start capturing insights  

Also coming to Pipeline Intelligence: 

  • Enhanced Forecasting

    • New week-over-week visualization of fiscal period pipeline forecast   

    • Added pipeline forecast range (base-case to best-case) to the fiscal year view  

    • Improved visualization being applied to all channel forecasts 

  • Pipeline History Snapshots show what historical opportunities looked like for a given fiscal year and period 

  • Support Tools for creating pipeline snapshots and sending ad-hoc pipeline email reports 

Build a stronger intent engine with new matching, filtering, and keyword coverage enhancements

Connect with more high-quality accounts by leveraging new natural language processing (NLP) and keyword coverage enhancements in 6sense to: 

  • Capture and action more relevant intent signals using extracted keyword functionality 

  • Improve targeting and personalization with new keyword recommendations 

  • Expand geotargeting efforts by surfacing web events in areas like EMEA  

Plan advertising campaigns more efficiently against your expected budget with Campaign Forecasting (Limited Release)

Reach the right audience and spend your advertising budget more efficiently by optimizing campaigns before launch. With Campaign Forecasting, you can ensure you have the necessary budget and CPM to reach your audience.  

Campaign Forecasting is a limited release to observe the functionality use and accuracy around this highly anticipated feature. It will be gradually rolled-out to customers starting July through September 1 and welcome your feedback. For additional details, please reach out to your CSM. 

Capture email and calendar contact data in your CRM

Gain greater visibility and engagement across the entire buying team by capturing missing CRM contacts from emails and meetings. The self-serve integration with Microsoft 365 and G Suite enables 6sense Orchestrations customers to push contact information from email and calendar data into their Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales and HubSpot CRMs (in addition to Salesforce which was made available in a previous release).   

With richer contact-level insights, revenue teams can better understand individuals within the buying group and engage accounts more effectively. This feature is currently in Beta and all customers who have the Orchestration (formerly Essentials) package can self-sign up from the settings page by integrating their supported email server. 

Bring 6sense Sales Insights into LeanData

The 6sense partner integration with LeanData now offers account level Enrichment and routing that utilizes 6QA and predictive scoring natively in LeanData. Eligible joint customers can automatically identify, enrich, and route high-intent accounts to the right revenue team member and ensure accounts are prioritized effectively to guide next best actions.  

Mutual customers with 6sense Orchestrations and 6sense Advanced subscriptions can leverage features in the integration.  

Additional Enhancements:

  • Use opportunity data segment filters to better connect campaign programs and pipeline management. Build segments to re-engage stalled or closed lost opportunities using dimensions like opportunity stage, status, and source to pave the most effective route to revenue. 

  • Within contact acquisition orchestration, more accurately identify and target the right buyers with additional filters to exclude contacts by Job Title and Geography (country; state). 

  • Organize creative assets by folders within 6sense Advertising to streamline file accessibility and gain creative-level insights for campaign optimization.

  • Power your integrations with the 6QA field in 6sense’s 6signal API. Piping this qualification stage throughout your tech stack will help you seamlessly: 

    • Personalize omni-channel experiences to boost conversion rates and shorten sales cycles.  

    • Measure engagement and performance across digital experiences.  

    • Segment, prioritize and precisely target in-market buyers. 

  • Some areas of GTM segment building have been tightened for workflows and orchestrations to run more efficiently. Benefits include: 

    • Prevent GTM segments from having non-eligible filters applied. 

    • Keep workflow dependencies intact and running smoothly.  

    • Enforce account threshold rules of only allowing users to create campaigns with segments that have between 1-100k accounts.

  • TrustRadius intent data is now available within 6sense Intent Models alongside 6sense keywords and Bombora data, providing a single, cohesive view of all account intent signals. 

  • Easily configure your SAML SSO details within the 6sense platform in three simple steps, no additional support necessary.  

  • Additional Data Taxonomy UI filters help zero-in on the exact data set users are seeking, including:  

    • Web – Data Source  

    • CRM-Campaign – Mapped Type 

  • The model impact details on Data Taxonomy UI help users determine whether mappings contribute to the 6sense model. Changes introduced include:  

    • Updated Model Contribution for Reach Models from “Yes” to “No”  

    • Mapped Actions – Click, Open, Reply  

    • Mapped Channel – Email  

    • Updated definition of “Training”  

  • Data Taxonomy UI shows “derived fields” to help users discern the fields with data from the Web/MAP/CRM system, versus fields with built-in logic to determine their value. 

  • Instead of the “most recent page title” that can vary frequently, Data Taxonomy UI now shows the most stable dataset on “page title with maximum page loads” under Web.
