New Features and Enhancements for November 2022

Set pipeline goals with confidence

When the entire revenue team aligns on accurate pipeline goals, across all pipeline sources, magic happens.

After RepTrak implemented 6sense Pipeline Intelligence  to uncover and realign revenue data – and then reallocated resources to focus on evidenced pipeline drivers – it hit 300% of its H1 pipeline goals in 2022.

At the end of this month, Pipeline Intelligence (available as an add-on for Advanced platform subscribers) will introduce workbench enhancements that will empower your revenue team to accurately plan and hit your goals, including:

  • Track pipeline contributions by segment, category, and channel in real-time

  • Receive summary & comprehensive (PDF) email reports for each pipeline category, each week, and fiscal period-end

Improve advertising ROI

Introduced in our September product release, Contextual Targeting helps marketers deliver relevant advertising to buyers during high-intent moments and opens greater opportunities for engagement. But creating various landing pages and banner ads for more specific audiences can become time-consuming, especially when your marketing budget and resources are limited.

That’s why 6sense is happy to offer Advertising Creative Services to our customers. Our team applies best-practice ad standards to our creative advisory, strategy and execution services, which include ad creative and landing page consultations, A/B testing, custom banner ad design, HTML5 ad building, and copywriting.

Combine the best of humans and AI for timely and thoughtful email responses

In 6sense , a new workflow is available to help customers monitor email responses that mention sensitive events (such as bereavement or sick leave) or special information (such as pricing comparisons and competitor names). It then routes the conversations to humans to address personally.

Additionally, Conversational Email AI now offers a scenario that automatically handles replies showing “not interested right now” intent. You can use this intent as a trigger for a re-engagement campaign in the future, when the prospect may be ready to buy.

Additional Enhancements

  • An enhanced 6sense G2 Buyer Intent Integration enables a self-serve onboarding experience with better in-product support, showing all the necessary pre-requisites for the integration.

    Users can also easily disconnect their G2 account by signing out.

  • 6sense is sunsetting the ‘Technology Used (Other Sources)’ segment filter on December 12. The volume of signals that Slintel picks up is significantly larger than most of its competitors. This volume and accuracy enable us to offer a more comprehensive technographic dataset built and managed within 6sense. As a result, we will no longer source data from other partners, and users may no longer create new segments using this filter.Customers are highly encouraged to manually migrate the “Technology Used (Other Sources)” filter in any segment containing it NO LATER THAN DECEMBER 12. Additionally, the “Technology Used (Slintel)” filter is now named “Technology Used.”

  • Refresh to 6sense account data. We are constantly working to provide you with high-quality data to unlock potential revenue across your marketing, sales, and operational efforts. With this data release, 6sense further refined the quality of account data you use every day.   • HubSpot will sunset API integration keys on November 30, 2022. Users must migrate to the O Auth based authentication of their HubSpot CRM and MAP systems (via a quick, simple process) to avoid disruption of the integration. For more information, visit:
