Admin: Privacy Weekly Notification Email Enhancements

  • With this release, we will enable the Primary Admin to add other Admins as recipients of the weekly emails sent with the list of opted out contacts historically exported by a customer. These additional selected recipients can be Admins of either the 6sense Sales Intelligence or 6sense ABM applications.

  • Additionally, we will enable the access of the Privacy Report for all existing SI and ABM Admins.

This update makes it easier for customers to consume the opt-out list by sharing the access and email notification with other Admins, and comply with data-related mandates like GDPR and CPRA.

This impacts all of our customers who are eligible to export people data from 6sense.

AI-Driven Data Taxonomy: Support for HubSpot Task Object

AI-driven Data Taxonomy now supports Task Objects in HubSpot CRM. This enhancement streamlines the onboarding process, expedites complex data mapping, and elevates taxonomy accuracy for our customers. By leveraging AI, we offer a more efficient and streamlined taxonomy management within the platform.

segment Sync Alerts

Customers syncing 6sense segments across search and paid social channels – Google, LinkedIn, and Meta – now have real-time visibility anytime segments fail to sync properly. Segment Sync Alerts will provide a detailed explanation for sync failures directly in the UI, as well as send email notifications to users & admins for critical alerts. Additionally, by sharing recommended actions, customers will now be able to quickly resolve sync errors without needing to submit a support ticket.

Performance Trend Report Enhancements

Last month, we released a new Advertising report to help customers better analyze campaign performance through easy-to-use filters and data visualization. Based on customer feedback, we’ve made key enhancements to enable even more precise reporting.

Now in addition to grouping reports by day, week, month or quarter, customers can filter by individual campaigns or campaign folders! We have also expanded the available metric set on the Performance Trend Chart to include CTR, Viewability, and Accounts engaged. You asked, we delivered!

The Performance Trend Report is available to all 6sense users of Advertising and can be accessed through the Advertising landing page or directly through the Reports tab.

Email Health Score

We’re excited to introduce Email Health Score to Google Workspace customers using Gmail with Conversational Email. This capability was introduced on Nov 22, 2023 to serve as a buffer against potential inbox suspension by temporarily disabling emails sends if spam-like behavior is detected. The Email Health Score provides a way to self-regulate, and your Email Health Dashboard displays metrics such as open rate, reply rate, and bounce rate which are all key indicators of your email health and affect your daily sending throttle.

Hyper-Personalization

We are launching Open Beta of our Hyper-Personalization feature which uses 6sense intent, account data, person data, and AI to do 1:1 contact-level personalization during an email outreach. This helps marketers send highly tailored and relevant messaging to prospects, without the tedious effort of writing every single email from scratch.
