New Features and Enhancements for August 2023

With our latest product release, 6sense is further expanding upon our leading B2B revenue data and channels to help you exceed your goals while eliminating wasted effort.

From the integration of native LinkedIn campaign management, inclusion of intent signals captured from 100M business leaders via Gartner Digital Markets, to improvements in our worldwide data expansion, we’re steadily advancing the efficiency, precision, and coverage within the 6sense Revenue AI™ platform.

These updates become available within the 6sense Revenue AI™ platform in August 2023. Of course, your organization’s subscriptions and user permissions will determine access to these items.

Exciting New Data Updates!

IPv6 Graph

6sense will be the first in the industry to de-anonymize IPv6 web traffic to accounts, resulting in more coverage and matches. 6sense has always used IP addresses as a primary identifier for account matching, and leveraging IPv6 as part of that identification process ensures even greater accuracy. With ever-present changes in data privacy laws, IPv6 Graph also allows us to readily adapt to upcoming changes such as future cookie deprecation.  

Worldwide Data Expansion

Emerging markets represent an enormous opportunity for any business. Capturing the intent signals from accounts in those markets is critical for uncovering new opportunities. With this release we have doubled down on our intent globally; EMEA accounts, for example, should see an upwards of 20% increase in intent strength on average in the coming weeks.

With the expansion of our data sets internationally, we have increased our firmographic data accuracy and coverage. This has the additional benefit of increasing our identifier to company mappings as well as intent signals especially in EMEA and APAC.  

This expansion amounts to a:

  • 40% increase in EMEA accounts

  • 47% increase in North America accounts

  • 407% increase in APAC accounts

These additional accounts will be added in 6sense beginning August 25 and rolling out through September 6.

Account Matching Without Country

6sense matches accounts on the country level so we required country as an input to match your records with those in our system. We have officially changed this rule with this release! By lifting the country requirement, you will see an increase in accounts being matched and a lift in accuracy as we match your records to the global headquarter account.

Increasing Email Data

6sense is increasing email data from 88M to 100M emails! Users now have more contact information, allowing for more seamless outreach to target accounts.

6sense Campaign Management for LinkedIn

We’re expanding our omni-channel capabilities and deepening our partnership with LinkedIn. In addition to 6sense Segments for LinkedIn, we are now offering an option to build, launch, and manage LinkedIn campaigns directly within the 6sense platform, making it easy for customers to test and learn how 6sense dynamic segments can optimize paid social channels.

Gartner Digital Markets’ Intent Data in 6sense

We are enhancing our 2nd party intent capabilities with the addition of Gartner Digital Markets as an intent data source. Gartner Digital Markets captures intent signals from 100M business leaders researching software across Capterra, SoftwareAdvice and GetApp.  

Some of the benefits include:

  • Expand segments with fresh in-market accounts each day

  • Reduce wasted program spend while increasing performance across channels orchestrated by 6sense

  • Correctly time more outbound sales plays (before your competitors)

  • Detect customers at risk for churn  

Gartner Digital Markets intent integration is available at no added cost for 6sense customers provided you have a Buyer Discovery subscription.

User Interface Updates for Advertising

At Breakthrough last year we unveiled our new UI design system to enhance the user interface across all our products. We’re excited to share updates to our Advertising tab within the ABM platform based on this design system.  

Data Standardization Advancements: Deepened Automation & Usability Refinements

6sense has enhanced the ability for users to customize and control the data standardization process with a more intuitive and user-friendly interface. New features powered by dynamic automation include improved visibility of relevant opportunities, and additional customization options with self-serve capabilities, allowing for more efficiency and a faster time to value.

SSO & User Management

More seamlessly and intuitively navigate between CE and other 6sense apps with enhancements to login authentication and user management.

New Filters to Value Metrics

For customers who report in USD, filters for Regions (EMEA/APAC/NA and LATAM) will be made available on Value Metrics for a regional roll-up value report.  

Enhanced User Experience to Model Metrics

The view on the Model Metrics will be enhanced by having the Account Activity behavior moved to the top of the report and the firmographic signal distributions can be viewed by filtering at each category level.

User Management Filters & Bulk Actions

The user experience will be enhanced on user management filters to speed selection by entering email addresses of specific users. The Bulk Actions will allow seamless unassignment of old roles and assignment of new roles during user role migrations with new apps.

Sales Intelligence Updates

New Filters in Discovery: Contact AI, Website Engagement, URL Visited, and Company Headquarters

Users on SI will now have the ability to apply Contact AI, URL Visited people filters, and Company Headquarters Account filters. These filters will be available as per applicable plans. Sellers can utilize these filters to find prospects who are a good fit, already engaged, and actively pursuable, leveraging predictive indicators built into SI Enterprise.

Add to SEP for CRM Contacts in Sales Intelligence: Enterprise Lite (No Credits Charged)

Enterprise Lite customers will now enjoy full Add to SEP and Export capabilities for all existing contacts in their CRM, without any credit charges, as the contact information is already present.

Improved CRM & SEP Export Speed

Enhancements to our workflow for record push to CRMs and SEPs will now take less than 30 seconds, significantly improving export efficiency.

New Fields in SI Profile Mapping Setup for Salesforce Exports

When setting up 6sense SI, administrators now have the option to MAP profiles with SFDC User ID. These mappings enable admins to route records (accounts and contacts) to individual sellers using the SFDC User ID field, combined with a Salesforce flow.

Persona Map Enhancement

The Persona Map will now display a comprehensive list of all contacts available on Discovery that can be unlocked.

New Account Name Hover

Account and People Pages and Quickviews now allow users to hover over the Account Name to view and click into CRM accounts listed under that 6sense account.

Improvements to People and Company List Matching Logic when Enriching Lists

Sales users uploading to People lists will see improved matching logic and accuracy as well as new company matching fields. Starting Aug. 28, 2023, users will also be able to upload CSVs to Company Lists with ‘Country’ as an optional field instead of mandatory.
