RAIM

Advertising Dashboard

We’re releasing a new Advertising dashboard that provides Highlights, Performance Trends, Account Journeys and other performance related data to save time and better demonstrate ROI.

Bounce Prevention:
Before starting an email campaign with your AI, it’s crucial to remove contacts likely to bounce. We’ll now have settings to automatically take out contacts from bad or personal domains to lower the bounce rate. This will improve your email and domain reputation, and boost the number of emails successfully delivered.

Segments

New ABM Filters:

We have added two new filters to align with segments available in 6sense’s Sales Intelligence (SI) app:

  • Is Global Headquarters?

  • Headquarters Country

These two filters are essential for refining the account list and ensuring that SI users and ABM users can build similar segments on both platforms.

TechTarget Integration:
Access TechTarget Priority Engine Account Intent directly within 6sense’s Revenue AI for Marketing platform to drive pipeline and generate revenue.

Enrich segments with the addition of TechTarget’s powerful and proprietary signals so you can focus on the most active accounts with the highest propensity to buy.

Mutual customers can create segments in 6sense based on TechTarget’s Account Intent filters including Account Intent Range, Account Intent Trend and Account Engagements so you are able to create unique segments leveraging TechTarget’s Account Intent to fuel digital advertising and other marketing activities.

Insights

6QA Analytics:

6QA Analytics is a new reporting dashboard that helps ensure that 6sense qualified accounts (6QAs) are successfully handed off from marketing to sales. This dashboard answers:

  • How many 6QAs do I have?

  • Are those 6QAs being worked on by sales?

  • How effectively are those accounts being worked by sales?

This new dashboard will be activated for Predictive customers starting June 20th over 4 weeks.

segment Performance Report:

We’ve released a few improvements to improve the Segment Performance Report.

  • Additional Download Fields: Additional columns are available in the .CSV download. The new columns added are: Product, CRM Account ID, 6sense ID, Opp Name, Opp ID, Opp Type, Opp Stage, Opp Open Date, Relevant Opportunity

  • Allow customers to remove irrelevant opportunities. If this new checkbox is selected, the pipeline values in the report will look at all opportunities that match the relevant opportunity definition. Selecting this will help to report only on the pipeline that 6sense helped you to create.

  • Set the default cohort when creating a new report to “Accounts in the Segment AS OF TODAY.”

6sense Sales Intelligence iFrame in Gong

The 6sense Sales Intelligence integration enables users to personalize communications and activate 6sense-collected prospect intent activities directly in Gong Engage.

6sense Sales Intelligence Accounts details iframe will be available on the Gong accounts of mutual customers with active Gong Engage subscription and active 6sense RAIS subscription.

Key Benefits:

  • Explore high-value intent activities such as de-anonymized web visits, keywords researched, form fills and more directly from the Account page in Gong Engage.

  • Identify key members of the buying committee via the 6sense Persona MAP, and purchase contact info from 6sense.

  • Better personalize sales outreach based on high-value intent signals, leading to more closed-won opportunities and revenue.

  • Reduce time spent swiveling between Gong and 6sense, increasing prospecting throughput and reducing Average Time to Close.

Job Post Filter on SI Discovery

As a part of migration readiness for legacy SI and Slintel customers, we have upgraded the “Number of Job Postings” filter and have introduced “Job Post Title” filter under company filters in SI discovery. We now have the following filters and sub-filters available:

  • Job Post Title: Free text search with synonym match (similar to the People – Job title filter)

    • Job post location: Location for which the job posts has been created (city/state/country or all locations)

    • Duration: Recency of the job post created (30/60/90 days)

  • Number of Job postings: Input for minimum and maximum number of job posts

    • Job post location: Location for which the job post has been created (city/state/country or all locations)

    • Duration: Recency of the job post created (30/60/90 days)

Users can now find companies with active job postings in respective locations and for respective job post titles, along with the recency of the job posts.

Bulk input of values for six widely used filters in Discovery

This release is based on FRs we had received from customers who were heavy users of these filters and wanted an ability to apply multiple values at once. Currently bulk input is only available for the “contains” match type filters on SI Discovery, and we are now introducing bulk input for the following “exact” match type filters on SI Discovery as well :

  • Contact Postal Code

  • Postal Code (Company)

  • NAICS Code

  • SIC Code

  • URLs Visited

  • Keywords Researched

User can paste up to 100 values in bulk to apply the same as the filters, for a better performance and faster loading of results.

Technology Subcategory Across Sales Intelligence & Data Workflows Mapping Profile(s)

Sales Intelligence admins can now map one or more technology subcategories under Sales Intelligence’s mapping profiles to export technologies used by an account within the selected tech subcategories to their CRM or SEP. Admins can also restrict the number of technologies exported within a subcategory based on the technology confidence score.

Common Custom Value Mappings for Sales Intelligence

Sales Intelligence customers can now map custom values for Industry and Country fields to a corresponding pick-list value in their CRM for these field(s).

For Employee Range and Revenue Range field(s), customers can choose to map different (more rolled up) ranges as per their CRM pick-list values.

When a user exports a record from Sales Intelligence, 6sense will update the value as per the custom values mapped.

Data Workflows Enrichment

Enrich CRM Contacts and/or Leads without Email:

Customers can Enrich a CRM contact and/or lead record even when an email ID is not present in our master people database. Customers may opt to enrich with other critical information such as a person’s phone number, job title, location and other fields.

A prioritized logic is used to match the record when the email ID is not available. The priority order is:

  1. Linkedin URL

  2. First Name + Last Name+ Company Website (all exact matches)

  3. First Name + Last Name+ Company Name (all exact match)

Field by Field Analysis of Enrichment Audit Logs:

The Audit log provides field-by-field before and after comparison once a record has been enriched.

It offers an explanation as to why a field value is skipped or not updated.

Same-day Segment Usage Warning:

When an Ops user attempts to “start from segment” that was created on that same day, he/she will now see a warning message detailing that segment data is not available until the next day due to requiring one full pipeline run cycle.

Multiple enhancements that Improve the overall API management experience. Delivers self-serve API token and credits management.

Key Benefits:

  • An automated process to enable the entitled APIs and API credits without any support involvement.

  • Customers can generate API tokens for the entitled APIs.

  • Customer can also see the total API credits purchased, consumed, and remaining.

Field and Object level permission check alerts for CRM

Deliver a self-serve troubleshooting experience for CRM integrations, and providing alerts on permission errors after onboarding and daily syncs ensuring a smoother and more transparent experience

  • Receive near real-time notifications of permission errors at the field and object levels after every daily sync

Security and Privacy Contact Page under Settings

With this feature a new Security and Privacy Contact page under 6sense Settings allows for proactive notifications to relevant contacts regarding security and privacy updates. This ensures 6sense has accurate contact details of where communications should be sent in relevant situations.
