Email Deliverability

We’re thrilled to announce a new toolbox to enhance email deliverability for your conversational emails. This release includes “Email Inbox Warmup,” “Bounce Prevention,” and “Restricted AI Inbox Alert.”

Our previous release introduced postmaster integration and bounce analytics, helping you understand email performance. Now, we’re providing tools to actively improve deliverability.

Email Inbox Warmup gradually increases your email sending volume to build a positive sender reputation, ensuring your emails land in inboxes, not spam folders.

Bounce Prevention uses advanced algorithms to verify email addresses before you send, reducing bounces from invalid addresses or full inboxes.

Restricted AI Inbox Alert notifies you if your campaigns experience high bounce rates, allowing you to address issues quickly by removing invalid addresses or tweaking email content.

6QA Analytics:

Activity Targets

Activity Targets give you a target number of sales activities and reached contacts to aim for when working 6QAs. By looking at the number of sales activities and reached contacts on 6QAs at the time of conversion, we can help you to set data driven benchmarks for your sales teams.

Total or Percentage Analysis Toggle

Get a clearer read on worked vs. unworked trend by toggling the age analysis chart to view the data by the percent vs. total.

Segments:

Segment Analytics and Account Detail pages

To optimize the performance of the segment analytics and account detail pages, the supported date range is now limited to 180 days.

SI UX Improvements to Company and People details page, and improved Temperature definition

We have been conducting research on improving usability of the SI product for several months, and we are releasing a few changes in August based on the feedback we have heard from our users:

  • Reduced space on the top overview section of the company details page & people details page to show more commonly used data points upfront

  • Combined and enhanced Engagement activity and timeline graph for better readability

  • Combined “Intent” and “Web Activities” for quick access and reducing clicks

  • Enhanced people details UI with a combined section for Skills, Interest, Experience, Education – to enhance readability

  • Improvements to Temperature definition to better align it with 6QA (for Predictive customers), and incorporating rate of change of engagement activities in recent past

HubSpot app re-consolidation

Advancing in the 6sense and HubSpot partnership roadmap, we want to get the 6sense app not only listed on the marketplace, but also certified from HubSpot.
Currently, the double authentication that is required for HubSpot CRM customers to view the Sales Intelligence cards is not inline with the certification policy.

Therefore we have re-structured the 6sense ‘s HubSpot apps into two applications as follows –

  • Syncs application [ Listed and Certified ], which under the common authentication will enable

    • CRM syncs

    • MAP syncs

    • Sales Intelligence cards in CRM

  • Record Enrichment application [unlisted and uncertified], which will have a separate authentication

    • The earlier enrichment application will be sunset

Benefits:

  • Faster onboarding and less dependency on PCs

  • No cross app dependencies

  • Compliance with HubSpot policies

Expected changes from the release:

  • Requisite communications will be dispatched to HubSpot admins with clear instructions for smooth re-auth of the integration. For queries, the support team and the CSM team shall be enabled sufficiently.

  • Existing HubSpot customers will have to carry out re-authentication from the 6sense Integration catalogue.

  • Non-predictive customers ( ABM ) will see a 6sense card on HubSpot ( Company and Contact object ) which will display a text message as follows – “Kindly contact support for plan upgrade to access 6sense Sales Intelligence”

Added admin configuration to disable CSV download of SI Dashboard records

Currently admins have an option to disable export of 6sense company and people record data as CSV. There was no configuration to disable download of SI Dashboard data (mostly customer CRM data) as CSV. We have now added a configuration under “SI Actions Settings” where admins can disable download of Dashboard data as CSV. This will enable admins to have better control on what data their users can download as CSV.

Here are the changes made under “SI Actions Settings” card:

  • Renamed existing setting “Export as CSV” to “Export People and Company Records as CSV”

  • Added new setting “Export Dashboard Report as CSV”

Enhancement in Unified Mapping Profile

We now offer support for exporting additional fields in CRM and SEP from SI. With this enhancement, SalesOps admins are empowered to set up data mappings for the following additional fields:

  • annual_revenue: Estimated Revenue of the Company. (CRM+SEP)

  • employee_count: Employee Count of the Company. (CRM+SEP)

  • account_source: 6sense generated field “6sense”. (CRM only)

  • account_source_type: 6sense generated field “6sense Sales Intelligence”. (CRM only)

  • z_industry: The legacy 6sense predefined value for the industry a company falls within. (CRM+SEP)

  • Segment Names: The name of the 6sense Segment, pushed to CRM in a comma separated list. (CRM only)

Contact to Account Matching Logic (Data Workflows)

Allows eligible 6sense customers to choose which Account(s) a new Contact should be added to & avoid further duplication issues.

  • Previously, 6sense users were only able to tie-break C2A [Contact to Account] matches using ‘field comparison’ logic.

    • Example: Add new Contacts to the Account where the “City” on the Contact matches the “City” on the Account

  • With this release, 6sense users now have the option for tie-breaking logic based on Field Value Match.

    • Example: Add new Contacts to the Account where “Account Type” does not equal “Partner”

Clone a Workflow

Eligible 6sense customers can now dedicate their time to what truly matters and not have to re-create an existing Data Workflow from scratch due to our ‘clone a workflow’ functionality.

This button can be found in the Workflows list (Actions menu):

Note: Some of the listed enhancements will be implemented and live by the middle of next week.
