Bounce Prevention
We are introducing an advanced feature that analyzes email addresses as they join your campaign. This feature functions like a meticulous detective, identifying bounces from personal, role-based, and temporary emails, as well as those with invalid servers. By filtering out these email addresses, we aim to prevent a high bounce rate and ensure your inbox is not marked as spam.
6QA Analytics
We are adding both the 6sense Account ID and the CRM Account ID to the 6QA Analytics account tab and the file download. This will help you to understand which account needs work, and will help to make taking action much quicker.
We are adding a quick copy link button to make it easier to share the dashboard with other team members.
segment Performance Report
We’re adding additional fields to the downloads from this page, including 6sense Account ID, CRM Account ID, and Opportunity ID. This will help with value reporting and troubleshooting of issues.
Advanced Frequency Capping
We have introduced probabilistic frequency capping, eliminating the need for cookies to put user level frequency caps. No action required from your side when you set up frequency capping while launching ad campaigns.
RAIS
Push CRM records to your integrated SEP without deducting Credits
We are excited to introduce a new enhancement for exporting CRM records to a supported SEP, providing more flexibility and control over your data management without incurring additional credits.
Two New Export Options are:
Add: Users can now add CRM records to the SEP without using any credits. This option will only add the CRM data to SEP.
Add and Enrich: This option will add the CRM record to the SEP and enrich it with the latest 6sense data, charging users 1 credit per record if any net new data is provided.
Benefits:
Cost Efficiency: Add CRM records to your SEP without consuming credits, saving resources.
Data Enrichment: Choose to enrich records in your SEP with the latest data when needed, ensuring up-to-date information.
Admin Controlled: Admins can decide whether to always enrich, never enrich, or let the user decide while exporting.
Gen AI Account Summaries
AI Insights automatically summarizes key account activities from the past 30 days, providing sellers with an overview of past opportunities, stakeholders involved, and critical events. This feature directly addresses the challenge of information overload that many sellers face. By distilling vast amounts of account data into concise, AI-generated insights, 6sense enables sellers to focus on the right accounts and have more impactful conversations.
With AI Insights, sellers can:
Quickly gauge account health and buying team engagement
Generate personalized talking points based on past interactions
Spend less time researching and more time selling
Enhancements to RAIS Actions/Recommendations
In this release we are unifying the contact recommendations available in multiple areas on the RAIS (Actions panel, Persona MAP, and AI Insights). Additionally, we will provide more insights into the contact’s engagement activities when recommending contacts to clarify why a contact is being recommended.
We are also organizing the Actions panel which will have two sections:
Recommended Contacts (Contacts to Reach and Contacts to Unlock)
Related Research (Top Pages Visited, Keywords Researched, Visitor Locations, Technology Used)

Re-attempt export of failed Contact Purchase records from Audit Log
Allows the customer to re-attempt export of failed Contact Purchase records from the Audit Log.
Website Match Logic for Custom Match Rules
This feature allows you to leverage “fuzzy” website match logic when creating custom match rules during a new account being created in your CRM. For instance, the customer can configure the application such that no new accounts are created when the domain matches at the second level or subdomain. In this example, the following domains would allow us, as 6sense, to match a record leveraging this logic and avoid creating a duplicate account:

Unified Mapping Profiles
Unified mapping profiles allows 6sense customers to set up their data mappings once and be able to use this logic across both, our Data Workflows Enrichment & Sales Intelligence applications. You can leverage this functionality across all of your SI-related export activity, along with your Data Workflows enrichment and new record creation plays.
With this feature, RevOps/SalesOps admins are empowered to:
Eliminate overhead of having to, historically, repeat their data mappings across each 6sense application
Better self-manage mapping profiles in one place for both our 6sense Sales Intelligence & Data Workflows applications
Eliminate data discrepancy by having consistency of field values across both application(s)
State Abbreviated Fields
Customers now have the flexibility to export 2-letter state codes instead of full state names direct to their CRM record, across the Account, Contact, and Lead objects. This ensures data format consistency in their CRM system.
Please note, state-abbreviated fields are available under mapping profiles, and customers can map these fields to a CRM field of their choosing.
The following fields are available for different object types.
Account object: “State (abbreviated)”
Contact/Lead object: “Company State (abbreviated)” and “State (abbreviated)”(State of the Person)
Other Mappings Override Options
We are introducing Override options under Other mappings fields. This will allow customers to choose whether to override or update field values.
Customers can choose either the “Override” or “Fill if blank” option. The “Override” option will not update the field value, while the “Fill if blank” option will.

API enhancement: Company ID available in the API Response
Based on popular demand from customers, we’re introducing the 6sense Company ID in the Company Identification API response for linking accounts. Company ID helps you identify the right 6sense accounts to map with Leads in your CRM or MAPs.
Keyword Recommendations Enhancement with GenAI
Enhanced keyword recommendation model with a Generative AI prompt that utilizes customer website data to create a set of high quality keywords.
Integration
G2 product subscription check for integration with 6sense
Ensures that only customers with an eligible G2 subscription can fully utilize downstream features of the 6sense platform, such as G2 segments and G2 activity data on the 6sense Sales Intelligence dashboard.
Key Benefit: By restricting integration to customers with a G2 product subscription, we eliminate confusion for ineligible customers who might otherwise be unsure why they cannot access G2 segments or G2 data on the Sales Intelligence dashboard. This change ensures a smoother and more efficient integration experience for all eligible customers.
