HubSpot Known Web Activity Solution:

The Problem: Getting Activity Data from HubSpot MAP

HubSpot MAP does not have an API to return Web Activity for Known Contacts. This solution will allow 6sense customers to attribute web activities to Contacts stored in HubSpot MAP

Prerequisites:

  1. Advanced customer

    • Either ABM Advanced or SI Enterprise / Enterprise Lite

  2. Existing integration of HubSpot MAP

  3. Existing Web Tag 2.0 implementation

Solution benefits:

  • De-anonymize web visits for contacts already known in HubSpot MAP (currently anonymous in 6sense today)

  • Better-target and engage with high-value stakeholders researching our customer’s products & brand

G2 in RevAI for Marketing and Predictive Models

We’re excited to announce an expansion of G2 activation for mutual customers:

  1. Customers will now be able to see G2 activities across the ABM application (Account Timeline, Scoring Trend etc.)

  2. G2 Crowd activities will also be available in predictive models

This brings the G2 integration to completion, surfacing the G2 activities across both RevAI for Sales and RevAI for Marketing, and including the G2 activities as inputs to customer’s predictive models.

Data Workflows: Enrichment:

We are thrilled to announce the limited release of our Data Workflows: Enrichment application as of March 12th, 2024.

Data Workflows: Enrichment is a new 6sense application that enables account, contact, and lead enrichment of CRM data in real-time, on-demand, or on-schedule. It will support your needs across a range of critical use cases, such as:

  1. Ability to deliver accurate data to sellers in CRM via automated real-time enrichment

  2. Proactively re-enrich previously acquired 6sense Sales Intelligence contact and account records on a regular schedule within CRM

  3. Update and fully enrich existing CRM records on-demand or on-schedule with 6sense’s comprehensive data set

  4. Enhance your CRM by adding new, enriched in market account and contact data

  5. Push 6sense predictive account and contact scores to CRM

Eligible Sales Intelligence customers with Salesforce or HubSpot CRM will receive communication from 6sense marketing for information on the limited release program.

Privacy enhancements – Data redaction from SI Export History:

To assist our customers in their Opt-Out List obligations, 6sense is now offering an additional method to track within Customer’s previously exported file history those contacts previously ingested/downloaded by a customer from 6sense. (The same for which 6sense provided notice to Customer of such contact’s request for removal from the 6sense B2B Contact Database.)

In “Past Export” CSVs, we will identify contacts that have requested to opt-out in a column called ‘Is Redacted’. If a particular contact has requested removal from the 6sense B2B Contact Database, ‘Is Redacted’ will be marked TRUE.

Additionally, all fields for that contact will be blank in “Past Export” CSVs except for the following, which will continue to be maintained:

  • CSV for People record exported to CRM

    • 6sense Company Id

    • 6sense People Id

    • CRM People Record Id

    • CRM Company Id (if mapped)

    • Credit Deducted

    • Is Redacted (True/False)

  • CSV for People records exported as CSV

    • 6sense Company Id

    • 6sense People Id

    • Credit Deducted

    • Is Redacted (True/False)

Enable Chrome Extension workflows on Salesforce

Problem Statement: Sales professionals spend a significant amount of time prospecting in CRMs. The Salesforce workflows on the 6sense Chrome Extension will ensure that insights are available to Sales team members in places where they spend time the most.

Email Notifications on Daily Synchronization Delays:

Primary Administrators of the account will receive automated email notifications in the case of any delays during the daily data synchronization process. In such cases, Primary Administrator will also receive another automated email when data synchronization gets successfully completed.
