Contact Consent Management
The Contact Consent Management Page offers settings to manage consent details for your first-party contacts sourced from connected CRM/MAP systems. The main goal of this page is to allow you to specify how 6sense initially labels consent for all the contacts stored within your CRM/MAP snd to manage an exclusion list for any contacts who have specifically denied consent. This helps ensure compliance with data protection regulations and maintains consistency of treatment.
Conversational Email
HubSpot CRM Integration
Customers who are using Hubspot as a CRM can now automate contact enrollment to run conversational AI email campaigns. We will automatically import contacts from Hubspot and sync the conversations back to the CRM after campaigns.
Email Deliverability – Bounce Analytics
You can now see bounce analytics for each AI campaign. You can review the bounce reasons to optimize your bounce data and improve deliverability. For example, if a significant number of bounces are due to invalid email addresses, it might be time to update and clean your contact list. This information provides valuable insight that you can use to refine your email strategies.
Sales Intelligence
Improvements to People List Matching Logic on RAIS
We are making a significant improvement to our People List matching logic, by enabling a match against past work email or past company information (past company name and domain/website) for an contact record. Users having some outdated data for a particular record can now upload the same and expect to get some matches even with the outdated data points, so long as we have the past work email / past company data in our records too.
Also, in the Total Matched file, records getting matched based on past email or past company information will be marked explicitly under the matched reason column.
Support for Technology Subcategory Mapping in Sales Intelligence & Data Workflows Enrichment Mapping Profiles
Customer SI admins can now map one or more technology subcategories under SI mapping profiles to export technologies used by an account within the selected tech subcategories to their CRM/SEP. Admins can also restrict the number of technologies exported within a subcategory based on technology confidence score.

6sense is thrilled to introduce new functionality, Data Workflows Enrichment, for Sales Intelligence users (with Hubspot or SalesForce CRM) enabling account, contact, and lead enrichment of CRM data in real-time, on-demand, or on-schedule!
This incredible feature will be available for all Sales Intelligence users Monday, May 13th, and you will see an in-app set-up guide when you log into the platform. Your current Sales Intelligence credits can be allocated to Data Workflows Enrichment, and there is no additional cost to use this functionality unless you need to re-up credits for any reason.
