Set the Human Review Owner in AI Email

In AI Email (AIE), you can set human review owners for each campaign. While any team member can manage and handle human review tasks, the human review owner is the recipient of human review notifications.

To set the human review owner, complete the AI conversation flow for your campaign, then proceed to the campaign settings.

  1. Go to Campaigns and select the campaign.

  2. Go to the Outreach and handover section.

  3. In the Human review notifications section, select a team member by searching or selecting from the dropdown.

  4. Select Save.

The human review owner receives email notifications for all human review tasks for this campaign.

FAQ

How can I ensure that replies from leads or contacts which include certain keywords are sent to human review?

You can set up an automation rule that scans incoming replies for specific keywords and automatically routes them to a designated human reviewer. For more details, refer to Create an Automation Rule in AIE.
