After a contact is enrolled from Microsoft Dynamics to an AI email (AIE) campaign, AIE sends data back to Microsoft Dynamics, including:
Campaign name (sixsense_ce_campaign_name)
Campaign status (sixsense_ce_campaign_status)
Campaign creator (sixsense_ce_campaign_creator)
Campaign URL (sixsense_ce_campaign_url)
Contact email conversations and status (sixsense_ce_status)
Contact last synced date (sixsense_ce_last_synced_at)
Do Not Contact
These custom sixsense_ce properties are automatically created in Microsoft Dynamics upon connection. Note: It does not update fields such as No Longer at Company.

Sync contact emails, conversation status, and campaign attributes to Microsoft Dynamics
AIE sends the conversation status to each contact in Microsoft Dynamics. Whenever the conversation status is updated after an exchange between the AI email agent and the contact, AIE updates the status in Microsoft Dynamics.
Here’s a list of possible statuses and their descriptions:
Status | Description |
|---|---|
Bounced | The lead’s email is not valid |
Canceled | The conversation with the lead was canceled |
Enrollment Error | Contact cannot be enrolled into a campaign due to current engagements, DNC list, etc. |
Import Error | Contact cannot be imported due to incomplete or invalid data |
In Progress | The conversation is active with the lead |
Need Human Review | The conversation with the lead has gone into human review and requires action |
Not Interested | The lead is not interested after engaging with the bot |
Qualified | The bot has qualified the lead |
Stopped Responding | The lead responded at least once to the bot, but did not reply to the remaining bot emails |
Unresponsive | The lead did not respond to the bot’s emails |
Unsynced | The lead has not been imported into AI Email from your CRM |
To view the contact’s page, select Contacts.
Customize displayed contact properties
You can customize the contact form so that 6sense properties like sixsense_ce_status are displayed on the Contact record.
In Sales Hub, open a Contact record.
If the 6sense columns aren’t visible, update the Contact form.
Go to Apps and open Sales Hub in the App Designer.
Select the Data tab, then choose the Contacts/Leads table.
Under Contacts, select Forms in Data experiences.
Open the form you want to edit.
In the form editor, find the 6sense properties (for example, sixsense_ce_status) in the left pane.
Drag the properties you want onto the form.
Select Save, then Publish.
The selected 6sense properties now appear on Contact records.
Email syncs
When emails are exchanged (sent or received) between the AI email agent and a contact, they are all synced to Microsoft Dynamics so that your sales reps can review the context of a conversation quickly and easily.
Access emails at Contact > Activities.
