To ensure that AI writer has access to your company’s tone and relevant talking points, upload content samples.
To upload samples:
From the CE main menu, go to AI Writer > Knowledge base > Add training content.
Choose whether you’d like the content sample to affect the AI writer’s tone, inspire its content, or both by toggling on and off the settings.
Select how you would like to upload the content sample, either upload a file or paste the text.
Click Save content sample to complete the content upload.
