RevvyAI in Sales Intelligence

Prev Next

RevvyAI is an artificial intelligence interface to your 6sense Sales Intelligence platform. It helps you research accounts, understand buyers, and take action faster—directly in your workflow. It understands the context and data associated with your account, and allows you to prospect, research, and outreach to potential customers.

RevvyAI is also available for Revenue Marketing.

RevvyAI for Sales is available in both the SI web app and Chrome extension when viewing accounts or contacts.

Data availability

  • Supports single-profile views only:

    • One company at a time.

    • One contact at a time.

    • It is not available for list views, dashboards, or bulk analysis.

  • Accounts and contacts in your CRM will have more data to query.

  • Non-predictive customers will have fewer insights.

Prompting guide

RevvyAI has predefined prompts to guide you toward the supported use cases, which include:

  • Accounts in CRM:

    • Understand the account: For example, “summarize this account based on recent activity and engagement”.

    • Activity and pipeline insights: For example, “What opportunities are currently open?”

    • Relevant news and updates: Search for relevant news, then ask questions. For example, “How does this impact their sales and marketing strategy?”

    • Strategy and next steps: For example, “Where are the biggest opportunities to expand?”

  • Accounts not in CRM:

    • Competitive insight: For example, “[This company] uses [competitor]. What challenges are they likely facing, and why is [our company] better suited to support them?”

    • Value messaging: For example, “Write a concise, tailored 1–2 sentence pitch on how [our company] would benefit [this company], incorporating their business model, GTM motion, and recent news, with a clear link to pipeline or conversion impact.”

  • Contacts in CRM:

    • Understand the contact: For example, “Who is this contact and what do they do?”

    • Engagement and activity: For example, “Is this contact showing interest?”

    • Relationship context: For example, “When did they last engage?”

    • Relevant news and updates: Search for relevant news, then ask questions. For example, “How does recent company news impact this person’s role or priorities?”

FAQ

What data does Revvy use?

Revvy responses depend on what’s available in your 6sense environment and what you are authorised to view. If data isn’t available (or is limited), Revvy will let you know, and still try to provide the best possible research summary within scope.

Which sources are used for questions about news and company updates?

Revvy performs a web search that's trained to search for news and company updates that would be relevant to a seller. For example, it will prioritize financial news or large company announcements.

How does RevvyAI handle sensitive information?

No personally identifiable information (PII) is sent to our large language models (LLMs).

RevvyAI respects role-based access controls (RBAC) at the individual user level. Users can only access data they are already authorized to see based on their existing role (Marketing user, Sales user etc).

What models are used to power RevvyAI?

RevvyAI uses a combination of:

  • Large language models (LLMs) from OpenAI and Anthropic

  • 6sense data

  • Previously synced CRM and MAP data (if available)

Does RevvyAI integrate directly with my CRM or MAP?

No. However, it can retrieve CRM and MAP data that has already been synced into 6sense. For example, for a Predictive customer, RevvyAI can answer “how many unworked 6QAs are present in CRM”.
