Sync AI Email Data to Microsoft Dynamics

Prev Next

After a contact is enrolled from Microsoft Dynamics to an AI email (AIE) campaign, AIE sends data back to Microsoft Dynamics, including:

  • Campaign name (sixsense_ce_campaign_name)

  • Campaign status (sixsense_ce_campaign_status)

  • Campaign creator (sixsense_ce_campaign_creator)

  • Campaign URL (sixsense_ce_campaign_url)

  • Contact email conversations and status (sixsense_ce_status)

  • Contact last synced date (sixsense_ce_last_synced_at)

  • Do Not Contact

These custom sixsense_ce properties are automatically created in Microsoft Dynamics upon connection. Note: It does not update fields such as No Longer at Company.

Sync contact emails, conversation status, and campaign attributes to Microsoft Dynamics
