Upload your existing marketing and sales content, and AI Email (AIE) learns from them. The content samples help in including relevant points in emails and for personalization by showing the relevant case study to the lead.
Upload content samples
The Knowledge base acts as a library for all the documents you have uploaded for your campaign. You can upload documents in two ways to enhance your campaign’s AI capabilities:
Option 1: Upload through Knowledge Base
The Knowledge Base acts as a central library for all documents used across campaigns.
Documents uploaded here can be easily retrieved and selected for use in any campaign.
To upload content samples through Knowledge Base:
Sign in to AIE.
Select the Settings icon (

Select Upload file to upload files. You can upload as a file or paste the text.
Select Add file.
(Optional) You can select an uploaded file and add content details to help AI better understand the file's content and its potential uses.
Option 2: Upload at the campaign level
This method allows you to upload new documents directly within a specific campaign.
Once uploaded, these documents are automatically added to the Knowledge Base found in the Settings page.
Ideal for campaign-specific content that should be immediately available to the AI.
To upload content samples to the Knowledge Base at campaign level:
Sign in to AIE.
Go to Campaigns > Create new campaign.
Choose one of the options:
a. Generate with AI – AI writes and personalizes the emails while you edit and finalize.
b. Write yourself- You write emails, but you can use AI anytime to enhance what you write.
Select Next.
In Select document page, select the Upload icon to upload content samples.
Tips on uploading content
When uploading content samples to inspire the AI Personalization’s content, make sure that the content sample contains facts, figures, and talking points that are relevant to your industry, company, and product.
Remember to regularly review and update the content samples to ensure that AIE is always up-to-date.

What file formats does AIE accept for content uploads?
If you choose to upload a file as sample content, you can only upload files in PDF, TXT, DOC, or DOCX formats. The maximum file size is 5MB.
How long does it take for AIE to process the uploaded file?
It takes anywhere from 5 to 15 seconds to process the file, during which the content sample is labeled “Processing…”
How do documents uploaded influence the campaign?
Documents uploaded provide more background context to the AI when generating the introduction emails. Case studies uploaded are also used to personalize the most relevant case study content to lead. For example, if you have uploaded a case study for healthcare and a case study for software, the case study shown to a lead from the software industry would be the software case study.
What’s the maximum amount of content pieces I can upload to AI Email’s knowledge base?
