Platform

Firmographic Exclusion

Previously, we launched the ability to select CRM fields in your Salesforce Account object to exclude accounts from your 6sense account and associated analytics. With this feature releasing on Feb 4th, 2021, you can now build exclusion rules to include 6sense firmographic data. This means you can exclude accounts in certain industries, revenue, and region based on 6sense master company firmographic data. This allows you to focus on accounts in your target market with the precision you need. Learn more here.

User Management

Coming on February 11th, we are introducing new Roles and Permission sets as well as a redesigned interface to manage users. All 6sense Admins were notified of this feature on January 27th, 2021. This update includes:

  • 7 new roles

  • Allows for multiple administrators

  • New UI experience for managing users

  • The ability to delete non-activated users

Learn more here.

ABM Alerts

Coming February 15th, customers will be able to specify more than one CRM user type to receive alerts. For example, if you would like the BDR and the AE to get an alert about accounts showing interest, now you can do that through the configuration of the alert.

We’ve also enhanced the UI experience to show a preview of the email subject line and email or slack alert content so you know what to look for in your inbox or slack channel.

Additionally, our customers subscribing to Platform package only, and that have integrated their CRM can also take advantage of these alert features as well.

Sales Intelligence

Custom Talking Points

Love the Talking Points for your sales teams in our Next Best Actions tab, but wish they could customize and add their own? Wish granted!

Available now with Custom Talking Points within Sales Intelligence, marketing, product marketing, and sales enablement teams can include talking point guidance and content for your prospectors right within Next Best Actions and for use in emails and phone calls. Read the FAQ.

6sense Sales Dashboards

We enhanced the filtering options on 6sense Sales Dashboards in Sales Intelligence by adding a new field: Salesforce Account Field.

Available now, this feature gives you the flexibility needed to view account information in Sales Dashboard. Now you can filter on accounts in a specific territory within a 6sense segment or accounts with a specific tech stack like MAP or CRM. Learn how else you can filter your data here.

Integrations

Data Sync

We enhanced our core data syncs! Now you can integrate Salesforce CRM through self-serve provisioning and gain visibility into how your CRM and MAP integrations are working – dashboard style.

  • Data Syncs: a dashboard to track the status of data syncs for Salesforce CRM, and all marketing automation platforms

  • Salesforce Sync Configuration UX: an updated self-serve provisioning and credentials page for Salesforce integration

  • Salesforce Sandbox support for Predictive Score Exports: now you can add credentials for your Salesforce Sandbox environment (for predictive score exports for Advanced subscribers only).

Salesforce Exports

You might have noticed the new and improved Salesforce CRM Exports integration for predictive scores in our previous communications. All existing customers using the Salesforce AppExchange App mechanism for exporting data from 6sense to their Salesforce are encouraged to migrate to this new experience as soon as possible to experience the benefits, but definitely by April 5th at which point the old export approach will be fully deprecated from the App.

The new exports experience delivers:

  • More efficient data processing with lesser storage impact to Salesforce

  • Salesforce admin operational troubleshooting tools

  • (NEW SCORE!) Account Reach Score included for data export to Salesforce CRM

  • Sandbox support (for exporting scores only)

Learn how to prepare here. Read here about how to set up the new score exports.

OAuth for Pardot

This release keeps 6sense up to date with Pardot’s new requirements and utilizes a more secure protocol to connect 6sense with Pardot. To successfully implement the change to keep your data flowing:
