New Features and Enhancements for October 2021

The October product release will be rolled out during the week of October 25. This article highlights new features you can take advantage of in this release and significant changes you will see in the platform. Of course, your company’s subscriptions and user permissions will determine the changes you will see.  

Activate Your G2 Intent Data in 6sense

Are you a G2 intent customer? Link your G2 and 6sense accounts now to start using G2 intent data you are subscribed to with G2 to create segments in 6sense. Now anything you can do with a 6sense segment, such as running advertising, personalizing your website, or acquiring contacts and sending them to your sales engagement platform, you can do with G2 intent data.

In case you missed it, you can also integrate Bombora and TrustRadius data, including options for intent data from these sources included in your 6sense subscriptions even if you aren’t a direct Bombora or TrustRadius intent customer today.

See Contact Names Before Purchasing

The full name of contacts recommended for purchase in Next Best Actions within 6sense Sales Intelligence are now displayed, along with links to research the contacts in LinkedIn and Sales Navigator before purchasing. This allows BDRs and sellers to quickly confirm it is the contact they desire before purchasing the contact details.

Create More Flexible Segments with New Date Filter Logic Operators

Easily create segments and run programs that are based on recent or upcoming dates, such as next renewal date or competitor contract expiration, as well as other options for date fields.

More Flexible Persona Targeting

Included in this release is an update to the persona targeting user experience during campaign setup. Additionally, advertising campaigns can now target audiences based only on job level (e.g. all CXOs in the targeted account segment), only job function (e.g. all marketers), or a combination.

Improved Creative Upload Workflow

New ad creatives can be uploaded from the campaign creation wizard.

Additional Changes and Enhancements

  • TrustRadius data is now available in segment performance reporting in addition to previously released segment creation.

  • Sales Intelligence Help Menu provides access to quick start guides and tip sheets for 6sense dashboards.

  • Admin Alerts will now notify the 6sense admin users if the slack token is expired or revoked.

  • API Performance Improvements make personalization faster and reduce discrepancies with analytics systems.

  • Large Campaign Reports that take too long to run can be emailed when ready.

  • Upcoming SFTP security update: Stronger ciphers will be required for all SFTP operations starting December 6, 2021. See the new allowed ciphers list here.
