AI Email (Conversational Email)

Conversational Email renamed to AI Email

Terminology Update: “Conversational Email” → AI Email, “AI Inboxes” → AI email agents

We’re updating all product labels, documentation and dashboards so that “Conversational Email” is now “AI Email”, and each “AI Inbox” is an “AI email agent”. This change more accurately reflects our core capabilities—AI-driven personalization, reply management, and the path to even richer, future features.

Value:

  • Clarity: Names that match the product’s AI-powered functionality.

  • Consistency: Uniform terminology across UI and docs.

  • Future-proofing: Sets expectations for upcoming features.

6sense Inbox

6sense Inbox makes 6sense your email provider to power AI Email Agents for high-volume campaigns. No more warm-up—you can send thousands of emails from day one, unlike traditional providers. Setup is self-serve with a one-time, IT-dependent domain authentication on a subdomain, keeping your primary domain protected.

Value:

  • Removes the need for domain and inbox warm-up.

  • Unlocks new use cases like nurturing.

  • One-time, self-serve domain setup speeds agent creation.

  • High daily send limits for true volume campaigns.

  • Scale outreach quickly without throttling.

Customize AI email agent hours

Custom contact owner routing

Previously, qualified conversations always routed first to the CRM/CSV lead owner and then to a fallback AI Email sales group or rep. You can now choose the primary mapping for qualified replies—either the original CRM/CSV lead owner, a designated AI Email sales group, or a specific AI Email sales rep.

Value:

  • Flexible ownership: Route qualified replies to the best-fit recipient for each campaign.

  • Improved personalization: Ensure conversations land with the person most relevant for the campaign.

  • Reduced manual work: Eliminate post-send reassignment and follow-up handoffs.

  • Campaign-level control: Configure routing rules per campaign for maximum agility.

AI Personalization v.2

AI-powered email personalization that integrates directly into AI Email campaigns and creates unique, tailored introduction emails for every contact using CRM and 6sense data. The set-up process guides you through the playbook selection and AI writing, with real-time previews to see how emails will look to different leads before they are sent.

Value:

  • Reduce the manual workload of creating multiple campaigns to personalize content based on industry, persona, and other segmentation factors.

  • Increase engagement rates with emails that feel individually written for each buyer rather than mass-produced templates.

  • Allow flexibility to control which email sections get personalized versus which follow standard templates, giving marketers precise control over personalization style and scope.

Sales Intelligence updates

Updates to SI user login report

The Login Report now includes new columns such as Status, Last Login Date, Days Since Last Login, and Total User Sessions. We also removed less relevant fields (e.g. License Type) and updated column headers. These changes make it easier for admins to track active vs inactive users and understand login frequency across the platform (Web App, Chrome Extension, Iframe).

Value:

  • More actionable visibility into user activity.

  • Supports better user lifecycle management (invited, inactive, etc.).

  • Reduces dependency on manual data pulls or custom reporting.

KB Article: Sales Intelligence Usage Reports

Updates to SI user adoption report

We added new adoption-focused metrics like First/Last Interaction Date, Hot/Hot New Account Engagement, and Iframe Interactions. Several usability improvements were also introduced, including clearer column labels, tooltips, and the removal of outdated fields like License Type. These changes give admins a much clearer view of who is actively engaging with Sales Intelligence and where further enablement may be needed.

Value:

  • Enables better segmentation of user types (new, engaged, passive).

  • Clarifies who’s interacting with hot & hot new accounts.

  • Enhances admin confidence when evaluating platform adoption.

KB Article: Sales Intelligence Usage Reports

Updates to SI user credit usage report

We introduced two new fields: People Unlocks and People Exports, helping admins understand not just how many credits were used, but how they were used. Additional changes include updated column labels. These updates clarify how credits are being spent across the team and highlight where credits may be underutilized.

Value:

  • Increased transparency into credit spend behavior.

  • Helps admins identify inefficiencies (e.g. unlocking without exporting).

  • Supports smarter allocation decisions and renewal planning.

Updates to SI alerts report

We’ve added new metrics such as SI Email Alerts Sent, SI Slack Alerts Sent, and SI Alerts Interacted. These provide insight into how many alerts are being received and how users are responding to them. As with the other reports, we also improved column headers and added tooltips to improve clarity and ease of use.

Value:

  • Helps track how effectively alerts are reaching users.

  • Provides data on actual engagement with alert content.

Re-architecture and assignee/owner for HVS

We’ve now completed the rollout of our re-architected export system and record owner assignment logic for ≤25 record exports across all CRMs (SFDC, HubSpot, MS Dynamics) and SEPs (Outreach, Salesloft, HVS). This improves speed and ensures the correct user is assigned as the owner in CRM.

Value:

  • Faster and more scalable exports.

  • Accurate ownership improves routing and reporting.

  • Brings consistency to all platforms, including HVS (added this quarter).

KB Article: Account Selection (Tie-Breaker) During Contact Export

Export re-architecture for >25 records

Value:

  • Faster and more reliable large exports.

  • Reduces tech debt and enhances system maintainability.

  • Enables future enhancements with fewer dependencies.

KB Article: Account Selection (Tie-Breaker) During Contact Export

Record owner of records > 25 records

We’ve enabled accurate record ownership for exports over 25 records—ensuring the exporting user is correctly marked as the owner in CRM to support better attribution, routing, and reporting.

Value:

  • Ensures CRM reflects the correct user responsible.

  • Improves attribution, routing, and reporting across all batch sizes.

  • Aligns export behavior for small and large workflows.

Chrome Extension for SalesLoft

We’ve embedded the 6sense Chrome Extension directly into the Salesloft workflow. Sales reps can now access 6sense company and contact insights (including intent signals, buying stage, and engagement data) without ever leaving Salesloft. This includes one-click enrichment and account prioritization in-line with their sequencing and outreach flow.

Value:

  • Real-time visibility into buyer intent during prospecting.

  • Prioritized outreach using 6sense intelligence directly in Salesloft.

Platform Enablement updates

Enhance UI error messaging for Microsoft Dynamics organization membership issue

When a Microsoft Dynamics user without valid organization membership attempts to integrate with 6sense, 6sense now provides a clear, actionable error message instead of the generic “An unexpected error has occurred”. The new message guides you to confirm their access with a Dynamics Administrator and includes a link to Microsoft’s documentation. This change applies only when you lack proper organization association and does not affect other error types.

Value:

  • Helps you resolve access issues independently.

  • Reduces support tickets related to Dynamics access errors.

  • Improves onboarding experience and time to value.

Adobe Launch Extension rewrite

We're re-writing the Adobe Launch Extension to provide enhanced security and new capabilities.

Functional upgrades:

  • New: Map multiple Company Identification API variables to a single Adobe eVars.

    • You can now map multiple outputs from the Company Identification (CI) API to a single Adobe eVar.

    • This enhancement helps reduce the number of eVars needed in your Adobe setup, making your implementation of 6sense more efficient and easier to manage.

    • Benefits:

      • Consolidate multiple CI API values (e.g., industry, revenue, employee size) into a single eVar.

      • Simplify your Adobe Launch configuration.

      • Free up valuable eVars for other use cases.

  • New: Adobe Event Trigger for Company Identification API Data.

    • Fires an Adobe event the moment CI API data is detected in localStorage.

    • Compatible with all CI API calls, whether initiated via the 6sense WebTag or directly.

    • Works with both fresh and cached data, thanks to localStorage-based polling.

    • Designed for seamless integration into your existing Adobe Launch workflows.

  • Upgrade: Support Web Tag 2.0 in Adobe Target.

    • Future updates to the 6sense Web Tag will propagate into the Adobe Extension.

Updated People Search API

The People Search API allows customers to identify net-new contacts across organizations within the 6sense People Database. Designed for bulk acquisition use cases, this API returns matched contacts using flexible search criteria and supports downstream enrichment via the People Enrich API.

  • Search for new contacts across targeted accounts.

  • Filter by company and/or contact attributes to narrow results.

  • Compare results with your internal systems (such as EDW) to identify net-new contacts.

  • Use the PeopleID returned for each result to purchase the contact via the People Enrich API.

Two key use cases:

  • Find relevant contacts: Define who you’re looking for (such as job title, industry, company size), then use the 6sense People Search API to find matching contacts.

  • Validate Email or LinkedIn: Use a combination of inputs to find contacts that match your criteria.

Updated People Enrich API

The People Enrich API allows you to acquire and enrich contacts at scale. It is the second step in the People Data workflow, typically following the People Search API.

  • Acquire contact details for specific individuals you've already identified via email, LinkedIn URL, or 6sense PeopleID.

  • Use your own custom identifiers for downstream reconciliation or analytics.

  • Use in combination with the People Search API for bulk lead generation and enrichment.

  • Enrich up to 25 contacts in a single API call.

  • Pass custom identifiers via the API and receive them back to track contacts through enrichment.

Single email for "Both organization name and subdomain were updated"

To improve communication efficiency, 6sense now sends a single consolidated email when both the Subdomain and Organization Name are changed simultaneously. This update helps reduce redundant notifications and contributes to a cleaner, more streamlined inbox experience.

New audit logs (user action logs)

Track and monitor user activity across the 6sense platform for improved security, compliance, and visibility.

The new audit logs feature empowers admin users with the ability to track and monitor user actions across the 6sense platform. Administrators now have full visibility into who performed what action and when, enhancing transparency and control across teams.

The audit logs capture a comprehensive range of user activities, including:

  • Updates to user permissions or role assignments.

  • Changes made to platform settings or configurations.

  • Login attempts and other access-related activities.

  • Edits to critical platform data.

Audit logs can be filtered by user, action type, or time range — making it easier to investigate specific events or audit activity over a period of time.

This feature is critical for organizations focused on security, compliance, and operational accountability. With audit logs, customers benefit from:

  • Improved security: Detect unauthorized or suspicious access quickly.

  • Compliance support: Maintain a verifiable history of user activity to meet internal or external audit requirements.

  • Troubleshooting insight: Easily trace the source of issues by reviewing recent user actions.

  • Operational transparency: Drive accountability by making user activity visible to platform admins.
