Email validation enhancements

Intelligent, tiered email validation for AI email predicts bounce risk before you send, protecting your sender reputation and campaign performance. These enhancements use a multi-layered approach combining 6sense proprietary data, internal algorithms, and best-in-class external validation sources to assess every email address before it enters your campaign. Each email receives a bounce probability score, and you choose from four risk tolerance strategies to balance reach and deliverability based on your campaign goals:

  • Low Risk (0-10%)

  • Medium Risk (0-15%)

  • High Risk (0-20%)

  • All Emails

Value:

  • Slashes bounce rates by 40%+: Proactively blocks invalid emails before they damage your sender reputation.

  • Reduces inbox restrictions: Addresses the root cause affecting inboxes with poor warmup health.

  • Strategic risk control: Four pre-set strategies let you dial campaign aggressiveness without manual list scrubbing.

  • Transparent flagging: Every flagged email shows its bounce probability, so you can override when needed.

  • Saves MOPS time: Automatic validation at enrollment eliminates reactive bounce management.

Pre-launch report visibility for SFDC and HubSpot campaigns

You can now see report counts and detected filters from Salesforce and HubSpot reports before publishing a campaign. This provides confidence that reports are syncing correctly and surfaces any report discrepancies immediately which allow users to troubleshoot configuration issues before launch, rather than discovering problems after the campaign goes live.

Value:

  • Increase user confidence for launching campaigns.

  • Eliminates the publish-check-pause-adjust cycle by enabling proactive campaign validation instead of reactive troubleshooting.

  • Reduces support tickets related to unexpected enrollments post-campaign launch.

Reporting

Keywords Activity Report

The new Keywords Activity Report allows you to see keyword volumes over a time period of up to 6 months.

You can now track changes in keyword or keyword group research volumes over time, and view the locations where this research occurs. Additionally, you can filter data by specific keyword groups and other criteria to analyze keyword research trends precisely.

Value: Improved understanding of keyword usage.

KB Article: Keywords Activity Report

Keywords Performance Report

The new Keywords Performance report shows which keyword or keyword groups drive meaningful outcomes, such as site visits, 6QA, opened opportunities, and opened relevant opportunities.

For the previous six months, for a keyword or keyword group, you can discover how many accounts that researched a keyword converted to a site visitor, a 6QA, an open opportunity, or an open revenue opportunity.

The six-month period allows sufficient time for keyword research effects to manifest, reflecting the time needed to progress from keyword to site visit to open opportunity. This fixed window provides the most accurate representation of the outcomes driven by keywords that customers value.

Report results vary based on your 6sense setup:

  • Revenue Marketing plus Predictive packages include all outcomes

  • Non-Predictive with AC CR exclude 6QA and opportunities

  • Non-Predictive without Sierra exclude 6QA, open opportunities, and open revenue opportunities.

Value: Improved understanding of keyword activity.

AI Email in the Segment Performance Report

The Segment Performance report activity section now shows AI Email activities. You can now see AI Email reaching engagement activities in the segment performance report and see how many accounts have been reached out to using AI Email as well as how many accounts have been engaged with AI Email activities.

Value: Improved understanding of AI Email usage.

Audience and Data Workflows

Enhanced preview functionality

You can now see preview counts for all nodes leading up to timers, improving visibility and confidence before publishing. This update expands previews within Audience and Data Workflows to include all eligible nodes within a branch, giving you a more complete and accurate view of audience counts across the workflow.

Value: The enhanced preview functionality shows more complete and accurate counts, helping you validate workflow logic and launch with confidence.

KB Article: Preview an Audience Workflow

Consolidated workflow timer nodes

Timer nodes now have a consistent design across Audience and Data Workflows. Previously, workflows used separate nodes for basic timers (waiting for a specific amount of time or until a specific date/time) and conditional timers (when both conditions and time settings are met). These options are now combined into one simplified node.

Value: Workflow setup is faster and easier.

KB Articles: Audience Workflow Timer Node and Data Workflow Timer Node

New Audience Workflow templates

You can now create Audience Workflows more efficiently using new pre-built workflow templates for brand awareness, prospecting, and account-based retargeting. Each template includes placeholder nodes to guide workflow creation, and you can customize them to fit specific campaign goals.

Value: New templates can help you:

  • Drive brand awareness among high-fit accounts using tailored messaging and outreach.

  • Generate qualified accounts and book meetings using a full-funnel workflow designed to progress target accounts through the funnel, drive qualification, and automate prospecting.

  • Generate 6QAs and book meetings using a full-funnel workflow designed to engage predictive-fit accounts, move them down funnel, and automate prospecting.

  • Re-engage high-potential accounts that have visited your website using targeted ads.

Push to AI Email node draft email campaign visibility

The Push to AI Email node now supports draft campaigns in addition to published and scheduled campaigns, in the campaign dropdown list. This improves cross-platform coordination between Audience Workflows and AI Email, allowing users to configure workflows earlier and manage campaigns more seamlessly across the platform. You can connect AI Email campaigns to workflows before they are fully published.

Value: Setup is faster because you can connect AI Email campaigns to workflows before they are fully published.

KB Article: Audience Workflow Action Nodes

Account processing restrictions in people-level action nodes

The advanced option “Process Each Account Once Every X Days” has been reintroduced in people-level action nodes to help prevent unintended contact pushes in Audience Workflows. In addition to existing Advanced Options, this enhancement now allows you to prevent the same account from being processed again too quickly, ensuring that accounts and their associated contacts or leads are not reprocessed within a defined number of days.

Value: Prevents unintended contact pushes by controlling how frequently people from the same account can be processed.

KB Article: Audience Workflow Action Nodes

Improved Audience Workflow error messages

Two new error messages help you quickly identify and resolve configuration issues. These messages now clearly indicate when mapped fields become unavailable or have been deleted, improving visibility into workflow setup issues.

Value: Simplifies troubleshooting and improves workflow auditing.

KB Article: Troubleshoot Audience Workflows

Canvas update for Audience and Data Workflows

The More button functionality that was in the Node menu is now in a floating menu at the bottom of the canvas.

Value: Improved user experience.

Enhancements to custom match rules for Data Workflows

The Settings > Custom Match Rules > Account creation match rules for Data Workflows tab is now easier and more intuitive. Updates include:

  • Help text to guide users through rule configuration.

  • When you select Custom, key 6sense fields (Name, Display Domain, Country) are auto-populated. CRM fields remain blank for you to map.

  • A prompt reminder: “Rules will only apply after save.”

  • Simplified setup for both Salesforce and HubSpot (with HubSpot not requiring Country).

Value: Simpler setup, clearer guidance, and fewer errors.

KB Article: Custom Match Rules

Updated Message for Contact Purchase Tie Breaker Rules

We’ve updated the Contact Purchase Tie Breaker Rules message to make it clearer and easier to understand. The new message now better explains how 6sense determines the correct CRM account when multiple potential matches are found.

New Message: “When purchasing a new contact, we’ll try to find an existing <CRM system> account to save it under. If our default contact-to-company matching process finds more than one potential account, we’ll use these rules to choose the correct account.”

Value: Improved clarity, reduced confusion, consistent messaging.

Data Workflows in-product messaging to explain enrichment matching logic

We’ve added explanatory text to enrichment nodes (Accounts, Contacts, and Leads) in Data Workflows to help you understand how 6sense matches CRM and MAP records to internal 6sense identifiers (MID, MPD, MCD). With this update, each enrichment node displays short, contextual help text explaining which fields are used for matching, based on the customer’s mapping profile.

Example logic:

  • Accounts: name + country + domain (fallback: name + country, or domain only)

  • Contacts/Leads: People ID, email, LinkedIn URL, or combinations of name and company details

Value: This addition provides education without changing enrichment behavior, and improves transparency and trust in 6sense’s data-matching process.

Segments

There is a new limit of 100,000 (increased from 25,000) accounts per list uploads.

You now can navigate away from the list upload screens and get an email when it’s complete.

Value: Improved user experience when uploading lists.

Sales Intelligence

Enable Discovery, Lists (etc.) access for all SI customers

Providing all customers with default access to contact acquisition features where non-CRM records can be viewed (e.g., Discovery).

This feature is a continuation of the SI license enhancements, simplifying packaging, pricing, and access restrictions. By default, all SI users will be able to view Discovery, the Chrome Extension, and other areas previously hidden from customers that did not purchase credits. However, if no credits have been purchased (or added to control center), they will not be able to unlock contact or company data (data acquisition).

In some cases, legal may restrict access for customers and limited the visibility. This will be managed with a field in SFDC called “Contact Data Compliance Language Agreed?”.

Value:

  • Customers with no assigned credits in the Control Center will gain access to previously hidden features, such as Discovery, where they can search for contacts and companies but cannot unlock or export them for data acquisition. Admins will have settings to control the visibility of these features.

  • Increased feature awareness.

  • Improved user experience.

  • Encourages adoption and upsell.

  • Greater admin control.

  • Competitive alignment.

HQ Views

We’ve enhanced how 6sense organizes company records by introducing Headquarters (HQ) Views. This update consolidates multiple country level company records into a single HQ level record, giving you a cleaner, more unified view of your accounts.

  • What’s changing:

    • Before: Each country location of a company appeared as a separate record (e.g., Dell US, Dell India, Dell UK).

    • Now: These records are combined into one HQ record (e.g., Dell), with country-level data available inside it.

Value:

  • Cleaner, de-duplicated company records.

  • Easier analysis at the global HQ level.

  • Ability to drill down into specific countries when needed.

  • Smarter alerts and fewer duplicates.

SI Integrations

Gong Engage integration

Export Contacts from 6sense Sales Intelligence to Gong Engage Flows.

We’ve added the ability to export contacts directly from 6sense Sales Intelligence (SI) to Gong Engage, allowing users to instantly add high-intent prospects into Gong Flows without leaving the 6sense platform. This update deepens the integration between 6sense and Gong, enabling faster engagement and reducing workflow friction for sales teams.

You can now:

  • Export existing CRM contact to Gong Engage directly from any export location (Sales Intelligence web app, Gong iFrame, or Chrome Extension).

  • Assign contacts to specific Gong Flows during export, ensuring prospects are automatically placed into the right flow.

Value:

  • Faster Activation: Reps can take immediate action on 6sense-identified contacts directly within Gong Engage.

  • Streamlined Workflows: No need to manually add contacts or switch platforms — everything can be managed from 6sense.

  • Improved Sales Velocity: Engage high-intent contacts at the right time, reducing lead response delays.

  • Tighter Ecosystem Integration: Expands 6sense’s SEP coverage with Gong Engage — one of the fastest-growing SEPs with AI-driven insights.

Update Salesforce domain configuration options on the integration page

We’ve updated how Salesforce domains are configured on the Sales Intelligence (SI) Integration Page to align with changes introduced in Salesforce’s Summer ’25 release.

Previously, users could select one of three domain types:

Salesforce has now deprecated redirection from the standard URL (login.salesforce.com), requiring all instances to use their specific domain URLs. With this update:

  • The Standard option has been removed from the UI.

  • For OAuth customers, the domain is now automatically set based on the OAuth base URL (e.g., if OAuth URL = my.salesforce.com, it’s treated as My Domain).

  • For Basic Auth customers, only Assigned and My Domain options remain, allowing them to manually configure their domain as required.

  • A backend script will automatically update domain configurations for all OAuth customers currently using login.salesforce.com or login.mysalesforce.com to match their actual instance domain.

Value:

  • Ensures Compatibility: Aligns 6sense Salesforce integrations with the Summer ’25 Salesforce authentication changes.

  • Improves Reliability: Prevents broken redirects and invalid Salesforce hyperlinks in SI (e.g., for Account, Lead, or Contact smart links).

  • Simplifies Setup: Automates domain detection for OAuth users, reducing admin effort and configuration errors.

  • Future-Proof Integration: Keeps 6sense’s Salesforce integration compliant and consistent with Salesforce’s evolving domain structure.

Export re-architecture for CSV

Redesigned Export Architecture for Faster, More Reliable Performance

We’ve redesigned the Sales Intelligence (SI) Export architecture to deliver faster performance, improved reliability, and easier scalability. The new design consolidates export processes into a single, streamlined service — optimizing latency and reducing dependencies across multiple systems.

Key Improvements:

  • Optimized Latency: Reduced end-to-end export time (p90 latency ~15 seconds for SFDC Contact Exports).

  • Unified Export Service: Data fetch, mapping profile processing, and CSV generation now run through the Exports Service, simplifying the data flow.

  • Simplified Architecture: Fewer independent services involved; data fetch depends on SingleStore, while state management and reporting use MySQL.

  • Real-Time Feedback: Export progress updates (via Pusher notifications) are now sent to the initiating product for improved visibility.

This redesign provides a faster, more transparent export experience and lays the foundation for consistent, front-end–driven export interactions across SI.

Value:

  • Faster Exports: Reduced latency ensures quicker turnaround when users initiate exports.

  • Improved Reliability: A single export service minimizes coordination across teams and reduces system failure points.

  • Better User Experience: Real-time export status updates improve transparency and confidence for users waiting on results.

  • Future-Ready Design: Simplified architecture enables easier scaling and faster integration of new data points or export destinations.

We’re improving the overall Chrome Extension experience to make it cleaner, faster, and easier to use.

This update focuses on simplifying the layout, improving spacing and navigation, and reducing visual noise across key views. The goal is to make information easier to scan and actions more intuitive for reps using 6sense in their day-to-day workflows.

These enhancements also lays the foundation for upcoming Copilot features, ensuring the interface can support in-context AI summaries, recommendations, and actions without clutter.

Value:

  • Streamlined, more intuitive layout.

  • Easier navigation and better readability.

  • Reduced friction when switching between views.

  • Prepares the Chrome Extension for upcoming Copilot functionality.

  • Improved usability and consistency with the web app.

KB Article: All Chrome Extension articles updated.

HQ Views changes on Chrome Extension

Aligning the Chrome Extension with the new HQ Views introduced in the web app.

We’re improving how company data is displayed across locations. Instead of showing separate company records for each location, the Chrome Extension will now show:

  • All Locations View: An aggregate view showing insights, people, activities, and intent data across all company locations.

  • Specific Location View: A focused view showing data only for that location (e.g., temperature, 6QA status, fit, etc.).

If the selected location is also the HQ, users will see an HQ badge next to the company name to clearly identify it.

Exports will also be simplified - regardless of which location is selected, data will export against the HQ record, reducing duplication and confusion.

Value:

  • Less ambiguity around which location data relates to.

  • HQ badge helps users identify the main company location at a glance.

  • Enhanced export experience with fewer duplicates.

  • Ability to stay high-level (all locations) or drill into specific regions.

  • Closer alignment with the web app and competitor experiences.

KB Article: AI Insights Summaries in Chrome Extension

AI summaries and recommendations on Chrome extension

We’re bringing AI-powered summaries and contact recommendations (currently available in the web app) into the Chrome Extension.

These features will be tailored for quick, in-context use, giving reps concise summaries of account activity and engagement trends alongside relevant contact recommendations. We’ll also introduce contact-level summaries and deep-dive prompts, allowing reps to ask follow-up questions or explore specific insights directly within the extension - without switching tools.

The goal is to help reps instantly understand who to target, when to reach out, and what to say, all within their existing workflow.

Value:

  • Fast, actionable insights within the Chrome Extension.

  • Fewer but more relevant contact recommendations.

  • Contact-level summaries for quick context.

  • Dynamic, guided prompts that adapt as users explore.

  • Conversational, simple, and tailored experience.

  • Helps reps know who to target, when to reach out, and what to say.

  • Reduces context switching between tools.

KB Article: AI Insights Summaries for Chrome Extension

AI Writer in the Chrome extension

We’re expanding the AI Email Writer (currently in beta within the web app) into the Chrome Extension as part of the Copilot suite.

This enhancement brings personalized, AI-assisted email generation directly into the seller’s workflow. Users will be able to compose tailored, quality outreach based on 6sense insights without switching tabs or leaving the page they’re on. The experience will use real-time company and contact context to draft outreach messaging.

When paired with AI Summaries & Recommendations, sellers can seamlessly go from understanding who to reach out to, when, and why, to crafting what to say - all in one place.

Value:

  • Compose personalized outreach directly from the Chrome Extension.

  • Uses real-time 6sense insights for contextual message suggestions.

  • Reduces time spent switching between tools.

  • Enables sellers to go from insight to action in one step.

  • Supports the full Copilot flow: who to target, when to reach out, and what to say.

  • Increases productivity and consistency in seller communication.

Intent location filters in Discovery

We’re introducing intent location filters in Discovery to help users analyze intent signals and activities at a more granular geographic level.

Previously, intent and activity filters in Discovery applied globally, making it difficult to focus on intent in specific regions. With this enhancement, users can now refine results by country, state, or city using new Location sub filters for Keywords Researched and URLs Visited.

This gives reps more precise visibility into where buying interest is emerging allowing for better territory planning, regional campaign targeting, and localized engagement strategies. This feature is available as part of HQ Views.

Value:

  • Enables geographic filtering of intent data within Discovery.

  • Supports targeted outreach and regional go to market strategies.

  • Reduces noise by focusing only on relevant markets.

KB Article: List of Sales Intelligence Discovery Filters

Intent location filters in alerts

We’re introducing intent location filters in SI alerts to give users more control over which geographic regions their alerts are based on.

Previously, SI alerts surfaced intent and activity signals from all locations within a country tied to a company, which could lead to irrelevant or noisy alerts. With this enhancement, users can now apply location-based filters such as country, state, or city to receive alerts only for the regions that matter most to them.

This improvement helps sales teams focus on meaningful activity within their territories and ensures that alerts are tailored to their assigned markets or regions.

Value:

  • Alerts can now be customized by geographic location.

  • Reduces noise from irrelevant signals and regions.

  • Provides more accurate and focused alerting for territory based teams.

  • Improves efficiency by surfacing only relevant intent and engagement signals.

Reduced permission requirements for the HubSpot enrichment app

We’ve updated the HubSpot Enrichment App to minimize required permissions and make setup easier for customers integrating HubSpot with 6sense Workflows and Orchestration.

Previously, connecting to the HubSpot Enrichment App required Super Admin privileges due to the mandatory crm.schemas.custom.write scope. This elevated access created friction during onboarding and raised security concerns for many customers.

With this update:

  • The crm.schemas.custom.write scope has been moved from mandatory to optional.

  • Users can now connect without needing Super Admin access.

  • Exporting Scores or Segment Names to custom HubSpot objects will only be available if this optional permission is granted.

  • If not granted, those export nodes will be hidden or show a permission warning.

Value:

  • Easier Setup: Customers can connect HubSpot with lower permissions, speeding up onboarding.

  • Enhanced Security: Reduces the need for Super Admin access, aligning with enterprise data security policies.

  • Flexible Access: Only users who need custom object exports require elevated permissions.

  • Broader Adoption: Simplifies integration for customers who previously faced permission-related blockers.

To help teams make the most of their available credits, we’re introducing proactive email reminders ahead of credit expiry.

Starting this release, users will receive email notifications two months before their credits expire.

Value:

  • Credits do not roll over annually, and we want to ensure no one misses the opportunity to use them.

  • This change aims to improve visibility and maximize value from allocated credits.

Security/Authentication/User Management

Inactivity timeout policy – configurable session timeout settings

This feature will be made available to organizations between November 11 and November 30, 2025.

We are introducing a new Inactivity Timeout Policy that allows administrators to customize how long users can remain inactive in the 6sense application before being automatically logged out.

The default inactivity timeout was previously set to 2 hours for all users. While this worked for many, we understand that different teams and workflows require different levels of session duration, especially in cases where focus is needed with minimal user interaction.

This update allows administrators to choose the timeout period that best supports their organization’s balance between security and productivity.

Available timeout options:

  • 25 minutes

  • 1 hour

  • 2 hours (default)

  • 4 hours

  • 8 hours

Once configured, this policy applies across your organization, and users will be automatically signed out after the selected period of inactivity.

How to access:

Administrators can configure this setting by navigating to: Settings > Security and Compliance > Identity and Access > Session Management.

Value:

  • Administrators can enforce session management policies that fit organizational needs.

  • Reduces unexpected logouts during long or focused work sessions.

  • Supports security and regulatory requirements through customizable timeout settings.

Enhanced authentication system and new SSO portal

The new SSO setup portal will be made available to organizations between November 11 and November 30, 2025.

We’re upgrading our authentication system to Descope, a modern, enterprise-grade identity platform that strengthens security and creates a foundation for future enhancements.

You can continue using the 6sense application as usual. There will be no changes or disruption to how users log in or manage roles and permissions.

As part of this upgrade, we’re also introducing a new SSO setup Portal for Administrators, designed to make setup and management more intuitive. The portal provides tailored guidance for different identity providers (IdPs), making it easier to configure or update settings when needed, whether you’re setting up SSO for the first time, switching to a new IdP, or updating certificates.

How to access the new SSO setup portal:

Administrators can configure this setting by navigating to: Settings > Security and Compliance > Identity and Access > Authentication.

Value:

  • Stronger security foundation: Built on a modern authentication framework to better protect user data and support advanced enterprise security features in the future.

  • Simplified SSO setup: The new SSO Setup Portal provides step-by-step guidance for easier configuration and management.

  • Seamless experience: No change to how you currently access or manage your 6sense logins
