There’s a new ABM Dashboard in Beta! It’s becoming available starting March 25, 2025. You’ll see a toggle button at the top that switches the page between this existing and the new Beta interface.
The 6sense Dashboard is the home page of the 6sense platform. It shows an overview of your data.
The reports shown on the dashboard are:
Activity: Your account activity displayed over time on a graph. You can roll up all activity types by account, or view individual activity types.

Marketing Engagement Activity
Sales Engagement Activity
Top Branded Keywords: The top branded keywords being researched by your tracked users.
Top Generic Keywords: The top generic keywords being researched by your tracked users.
Top Keyword Groups: The keyword groups being searched the most by your tracked accounts.
Predictive In-Market: The number of accounts predicted to be in different buying stages. You can filter by Ideal Customer Profile Fit or Account Source.
Top Countries: The top countries where you have accounts.
Top Industries: The top industries your accounts belong to.
Top Pages: The top pages visited.
Top Marketing Automation Campaigns: The top performing Marketing Automation Campaigns.
Top CRM Campaigns: The top performing CRM Campaigns.
Metrics
The following metrics are included in the dashboard reports:
Website Activity:
Accounts: The number of unique accounts that have performed at least one of the following activities on your website during the specified time period.
Visitors: The number of matched unique users who have visited your website during the specified time period.
Page Views: The number of times pages on your website have been loaded by users at identified accounts during the specified time period.
Form Submits: The number of unique form submit events detected on your website during the specified time period, that can be tied to identified accounts. 6sense will not consider certain submit events like user logins.
Video Plays: The number of unique video plays that are initiated across your website during the specified time period. Note: if you have certain videos that begin to play or loop automatically, it is likely that they will be considered in this metric.
B2B Network Activity:
Branded Keywords: The number of your configured Branded Keywords that have been researched during the specified time period. Click into this number to view the number of accounts that researched each keyword.
Generic Keywords: The number of your configured Generic Keywords that have been researched during the specified time period. Click into this number to view the number of accounts that researched each keyword.
Research Activities: The number of times all of your configured keywords were researched during the specified time period. If a user consumes multiple pieces of content associated with the same keyword, those will typically be counted as distinct research activities.
Accounts: The number of unique accounts who have researched at least one of your configured keywords over the specified time period.
6sense Media Campaigns:
Accounts Reached: Total number of accounts that were shown an ad impression from a 6sense campaign during the specified time period.
Matched Impressions: Total number of impressions gathered by 6sense campaigns during the specified time period.
Account Clickthrough Rate: Accounts reached where visitors came to your website by clicking through an ad, compared to total accounts reached.
Account Viewthrough Rate: Accounts reached where visitors came to your website within 30 days of an impression without clicking through an ad, compared to total accounts reached.
External Media Campaigns:
Accounts Reached: Total number of accounts that were shown an ad impression from an external campaign during the specified time period.
Total Impressions: Total number of impressions shown to the targeted accounts through external campaigns.
Marketing Engagement Activity:
Accounts Engaged by Marketing: The number of accounts that have responded or otherwise engaged with your marketing tactics as tracked within your MAP. For details on specific activity types considered, review the following article.
Accounts Reached by Marketing: The number of accounts that your marketing team has reached out to as tracked within your MAP.
Sales Engagement Activity:
Accounts Engaged by Sales: The number of accounts that have responded or otherwise engaged with your sales tactics as tracked within your CRM. For details on specific activity types considered, review the following article.
Accounts Reached by Sales: The number of accounts that your sales team has reached out to as tracked within your CRM.
Time Range
To the right of the total number of accounts is the time range selector. The default time range is the last 30 days. The time range you select will persist if you navigate away from the dashboard. The time range selected restricts the accounts to those performing activities in the last 30 days.
Note that if, for example, you are looking at accounts in Consideration in the Predictive In-Market chart below, these are accounts that are in Consideration today, and not all accounts in Consideration from the last 30 days.
Latest Data Update
“Latest Data Update: MM/DD/YYYY” will be seen in the top right of the Dashboard. This reflects the last time that all of the pipelines were run successfully. This includes all segment data, account data, and activity data. Ideally this will be yesterday’s date, but if the account is having pipeline (aka data processing) delays, this will reflect the last date of a full successful pipeline run.
Inbox
Click on Inbox at the top of the dashboard to read any notifications from 6sense. Currently this only includes recommendations for AI Driven Orchestrations.
