The primary administrator and other administrators with the appropriate role-based permissions manage which recipients in your company get system notifications.
The primary administrator is the only administrator who can manage which administrators receive privacy opt-out notifications (weekly privacy email notifications).
Managing System Notification Recipients
System notifications will be sent when:
Credentials you have provided to 6sense for an integrated CRM or MAP are about to expire or have expired.
The daily API limit of your integration platform has been reached.
There are visit data issues.
Some other additional criteria are reached (described in System Notifications).

To add or remove recipients for system notifications, the primary administrator or an administrator with access to Settings must:
Click the gear icon to open Settings, then select System Notifications.
In the System Notifications card, enter the email addresses of people or relevant distribution lists that can receive email from external sources, then click Add Email. You can add multiple recipients at one time by separating them with a comma.
Recipients you add are listed on the card under Recipients. Those recipients will begin receiving System Notifications from 6sense if any issue arises.
Managing Privacy Opt-Out Notifications
Weekly email privacy notifications are sent every Tuesday to remind administrators to comply with privacy opt-out requests.
To add or remove administrators to receive privacy opt-out notifications, the primary administrator must:
Click the gear icon to open Settings, then select System Notifications.
In the Privacy Opt-Out card, enter the email addresses of designated administrators to receive weekly privacy email notifications, then click Add Email. You can add multiple recipients at one time by separating them with a comma
Recipients you add are listed on the card under Recipients. Those recipients will begin receiving weekly privacy email notifications.
